Resolved Issues / Bug with an NPC

Hey so i can't speak to the npc Ground Pound. I logged out then logged back in twice, and it didn't fix it. (usually when i log out and log back in it fixes it). The icon (like the little yellow !) is really bothering me since it won't go away

How come it said the server is full- i tried getting in it when it said 105, and it said it was full. Then i tried again and saw it changed to 107. So clearly it wasn't full?!
