Resolved Issues / Suggestion: Make posted Youtube videos start as paused

I hate clicking on a topic that has Youtube videos posted on it, because they all start playing at the same time once the page loads and its a huge pain. Can we just make it so you have to click the Play button on Youtube videos that get posted?
