Ellowee gave a basic idea of how limited access will go.

It appears to be select people who apply to gain access to the game in December. Once they get in, they are set for the full release. What is limited is the number of players for December.

That is good to know.  Is the criteria for choosing those lucky people public / can a place at the table be earned?

How limited is limited access?  And what is being limited?  Does this mean that only the first 50 people can log in, or does it mean that each person can only log in for an hour per day, or...what?

I think the biggest thing you could do to improve playability is develop the map.  Most MMOs have the option to open a large version of the map that shows the player's location and the location of any active quest objectives.  This feature would make a huge difference for all of the quests that require you to talk to a certain person.  It would also be nice to show the location of vendors and attractions, but the quest markers is the biggest thing.

The windows 64-bit download is more that 100 megabytes smaller than the previous version. This makes me suspicious. Also, note that it includes two applications, one of which is a dud and the other is cleverly hidden in the game folder.

1. When and how did you get inspired to create them?
I thought about what a pony ninja would be like
2. How did you decide on their personality, interests, etc?
I made her the only child of a pegasus royal guard who wanted a boy, and the rest came together later
3. Why did you give them the name you did?
Contrail is a Pegasus-sounding name that abbreviates to "Connie" which would have been my name if I been born a girl.

We have absolutely nothing in common except for liking spinach

Updates Archive / Great game so far

While the game may not be complete, it's complete enough to make me happy.  In fact, I spent the entire time I was in the game just running flying around looking at stuff.  I would have expected a project of this scale to require Hasbro's funding.  I liked the fact that I could play on any server with the same characters, and I hope that feature is going to stay.

I watched Screw Attack's death battle video "Starscream vs Rainbow Dash" on YouTube and when the pony trashed the transformer I thought, "Huh, I should look that up."  I wasn't sure about it until Sonic Rainboom, and then I knew I would have to watch them all.
