I want to join the team dévlopement as a 3D modeler and animator
But if I joined the team, I could create a guild in the game or would consider her as cheating (basically, one of the team developper cheating by creating guild because it will have more Member)

Oh, I think I understand now.

I don't think any of our 3D modelers or animators would cheat by creating a guild in the game. Even then, "creating a guild" isn't something the 3D/animation team does. I also don't think having a guild would really give you that big an advantage in the game (I don't know if it would effect your stats or anything) so...

The development team wouldn't cheat, and if they did I imagine there would be consequences.

How would you (Legends of Equestria recruiting staff) like applications formatted? I sent an email as a brief intro, but I feel like it was lacking (because of poor formatting). Also, what examples are desired for systems designer (if still accepting)? because the position's expectations, as listed, seems a lot like what I do as an E.E. student.

I'm an author for FIM Fiction, I wouldn't mind helping write a quest story line for the game, to bring it more up to speed with modern day MMO's. Not sure if that would be helpful, but I'd like to join the team.
