While exploring Cantermore, I walked on one of the Towers and got stuck in a bug in front of the Door.
It was the second-highest white tower with 2 NPCs on it, sorry, I don't know how to send a picture.
Hope this will help you find it.
The Bug makes you unable to walk, but not to turn or wave or dance.
The Bug also persists after restarting.
Try with /stuck.
You just write that command in the chat box and press enter.
