Some people pronounce diabetes "diabetus", so it's kinda funny to jokingly say it.

I hats to be rude but I have that disease and I don't hate that guy for saying it wrong but its no joke and its a little effencive to me I got it when I was five a little after Christmas some gift that was snuff said.

I don't think it's funny either, but it's still a weird way to say it. My mom has diabetes, and her mom actually pronounces it "diabetus". I'm starting to wonder if it's a southern thing or not.
