Firstly, new internets

Secondly, new Tassimo(even though the problem persists...w/e)
Thirdly, walked into the bank, not fuming but, bitter, I guess.  Told the teller of my service charges and apparently i'm not the only person with this issue, my account's overdraft was set to pay-per-use for every day i'm in overdraft, and it can be set to a $4 a month regular fee.....well, which makes more sense, $5 every time I go into overdraft, or $4 a month?  So, they fixed that, changed my savings account so I don't get transaction fees when I use that, AND, they reimbursed the $55 in service charges for last month, so

why don't you just withdraw all your money and wire-transfer it to a new bank?  if the old bank sucks, wouldn't it make sense to go to a new one?
