((Hey guys, so sorry! Haven't had internet for a few days, oops!))
Oasis returned to the front desk after washing sheets and dishes from breakfast. She notices that Blazing Legend is sitting in the lobby looking disappointed.
She disappears through a doorway to fetch him a carrot soda, when she hears the door clink open.
***Three ponies walk in towards Blazing Legend, but Oasis is still in the back room. They is one black, one green, and one purple stallion, all dressed in black suits.***
Oasis hears them talking to her guest.
Can you step outside with us for a moment? They ask.
Oasis waits behind the door, listening.

Oasis was grateful for her old friend to be back, she was the only one whom she could trust with her secret.
She pulled away, stating I hear some people coming in... I better go. Just act normal, you should head back down too. Stay safe, alright? I don't want you getting mixed up in all of this.At that, she unlocked the door, trotted down the stairs, and returned to her position at the desk. Although it felt like hours, she and Book Keeper had only been away for a few minutes.

Well... Oasis started hesitantly.
When you left, a part of me went with you. You were the only pony who encouraged my fun loving side, so when you were gone there was no reason to keep it up.
Then it all came pouring out.
My father, well, you know how he is. Everything's business, so I could only please him through entrepreneurship. I went to school, studied, and got a job as his CEO. I thought I was happy, I really did. That is, until...She paused and looked up at Book Keeper with sadness in her eyes.
Until I found out about the lying. The illegal business deals. The blackmailing. My father had built an entire underground operation, and I was running it! So I ran. I wanted to leave everything behind, go live in Ponyville or something, but I couldn't bring myself to loose the only place I ever knew. So, here I am. An inn-keeper with a fake name and paranoia.Oasis paused, looking like she was in deep thought. Then, a hint of a smile passed on her face.
At least I'm happy, you know? An innkeeper is better than a heartless tycoon any day. Every pony that walks through here, they have a name. A story. My father would've never cared about any of them, but I do. That's why I can't be Ocean Oasis Blueferry anymore. Do you understand, Bookie? He can never find me. I can never go back.

Oh my gosh, Bookie! exclaimed Oasis as she pulled the now familiar mare into a hug. I'm so sorry! I don't know how I didn't remember you, I was just so paranoid!
Oasis took a couple of steps back and gave a look of embarrassment. Sighing, she continued.

Your just in time, I have two left! She said with a smile. One is on the lower floor, and is smaller but cheaper with 10 bits a night. The other is on the second floor for 20 bits a night, and has twice the room, luxury, and service! So, what do you say?

Hi everyone! I was thinking that we could have a tournament style fighting roleplay, no gore or violence or anything, but stuff like elemental magic and everything...
Basically, you are a unicorn (only) and they can specialize in 1 type of magic, it can be anything. You can play a move, and can describe it as well (Lara used ground shatter, hitting the earth so hard with her hoof that an earthquake occurred). The moves will count as damage to another person's magic, not health. Different moves cost different amounts of magic, and can cause different amounts of damage to their opponents magic level. To decide if the user hits their opponent or not, the dice mod will be used. A certain number or higher means it worked, anything below equals a miss. If you run out of magic, you lose (kind of like health bars)
So, before we start this, we should discuss some rules. First off, if you have comments, questions, suggestions, please tell me! I think this could turn out pretty fun, but the idea is still rough. And any people who want to test duel can do so, I will run as referee and score keeper for now. Make sure to post your pony's name, gender, magic type (be creative!).
Oh, and I almost forgot! Each pony will start out with a magic meter of 30. This will be updated/changed if it needs to be:) You can have as many different moves as you like, but they must follow these guidelines : any move that causes 2 damage will cost 1 magic, causes 5 damage costs 3 magic, and causes 10 damage will cost 7 magic. Also, you have 1 replenish potion that lets you regain 10 magic, but your magic can't exceed 30! (ex: you have 23 magic, take the potion, you can only get up to 30 magic again, not 33) Some defensive moves might be added on later, so test out this roleplay tournament and leave me any suggestions!

Of course not! Replied Moonlight. But, you do happen to be the only one I've heard of who did so without great magical power or an underground scheme. See, Celestia is hard enough to send a letter to without arising suspicion, let alone sneaking into a locked-down Canterlot and doing what you attempted.

He won't find me she repeated to herself, faking assurance as to calm her nerves. Knowing that falling back asleep was a lost cause, she threw on her green ruffled skirt and began her day
After cleaning the main hall and dining room, she went about setting out breakfast for her guests and organizing her front desk papers. Then, once 8 o'clock rolled around she went to the door and flipped the "closed" sign to "open". That's when she spotted the strange earth pony strolling down the road. He looked different from the tourists and business people, but he also looked tired.
Maybe he'll come in for a stay she wondered, smiling at the thought of the mysterious pony telling of his adventures, wherever he had been.
