Alright, I'm a little confused with Fire Emblem: Awakening. I am currently at ch. 9, and back in ch. 7, we learned that Marth is actually of the female variety, so to speak. Something she said, though, is bothering me a bit. She said that she had accomplished her mission to rewrite history. So my question to all of you is, is this a timetravel game with lots of convoluted plot points, or is there just gonna be a big time jump after I rescue Emm from Plegia?

Its an exceptionally spectacular opening for Persona 4 Dancing All Night, which might I say looks PHENOMENALLY good! I certainly can't wait to get my hands on a copy when its released!

Hey guys, so I have a couple questions for those of you have played through either the original N64 version of Majora's Mask, or the 3DS version.
I'm currently in the Woodfall Temple, and I'm stuck. I've cleansed the water in the temple and gotten the Boss Key, but I can't find the Boss Room... Is there something I'm missing thats screwing me up, or am I not doing something right?

It has been 50 years since the first computer was invented, 20 years since wireless internet was revolutionized, 8 years since since internet speed was increased, and 2 years since Princess Twilight Sparkle patented her revolutionary hardware known as the NerveGear, allowing hard-core gamers across Equestria to fully immerse themselves within a video game. Now, in the year 2022, Princess Twilight Sparkle has finally released her masterpiece: Sword Art Online!
"Hi there! Time for this weeks MMO stream! You just saw a promo for this week's featured game, and this what last weeks launch day looked like. Can you guess what everypony is waiting in line for? Sword Art Online!..." The computer of the 17 year-old's computer was currently playing a popular online stream, as the owner flipped through a magazine article on the featured game. "...The first pony in line said he camped out at the store for three days! But if you're a hard-core gamer, that's what you do! On this week's episode of the MMO Stream, we'll be covering the internationaly famous Sword Art Online, AKA, SAO! Up till now, none of the NerveGear software..."
"Hey, I'm off to practice now," the voice of the colt's sister filtered through the closed door of his room. "I'll see ya later, OK?"
The colt looks up as he hears hoofsteps move away from his door, and glances at the clock. 12:55 PM. Five minutes until the servers of SAO officially open. He closes all the internet browsers that are open and begins his set-up. First he connects his NerveGear headset to the computer, and plugs it in to ensure the internal battery doesn't run dry. Next he starts the game up on his computer. Finally, he lays down on his bed, with only seconds left until the servers open. He smirks as the clock finally indicates that its 1:00 PM. He closes his eyes and shouts, " Link start!"

Terminal station, Ponyville, evening
The station entrance is buzzing with activity as you trot in, preparing to catch the last train to Canterlot.
Meanwhile, elsewhere...
A young blue unicorn sits with her back against a wall. She's dressed in the Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns uniform, a cannon-like object levitating in her magical grip.
"I just... put it to my head..." she gasps, putting the cannon directly under her horn, the letters S.E.E.S. reflecting in the light of the setting sun. "And pull the trigger... no chickening out..." The unicorn squeezes her eyes shut, her magical grip slowly tightening on the trigger. The cannon begins to shake, until finally, it drops to the floor. "No... I can't!"
Inside the passenger train "Friendship Express"...
You are now preparing yourself to disembark in Canterlot, as an announcement is played over the PA system.
"Due to a malfunction in the switching system, today's rail schedule has been greatly altered. We apologize to any customers who were in a hurry. The next stop is the Academic District of Canterlot..."
30 minutes later
"The Academic District," the PA system announces as the train pulls up into the station. "This is the final train bound for Canterlot Central. Please take care to board before our departure."
Due to the delay, you arrived late. There are only seconds left till midnight.
3...
2...
1...
Midnight.
The lights in the station, along with every other device running off of electricity, suddenly turns off, casting you into an eerie, green, twilight. Something about the atmosphere seems odd, yet you can't quite put your hoof on what. It would probably be best to hurry to the dorm.
As you trot from the station, you notice coffin-like objects lining the deserted city. You lift your gaze to the moon, towering over head, and glowing with an eerie yellowish-green light. You decide to hurry to the dorm, putting the appearance of the moon out of your mind.
10 minutes later
You arrive at the Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, Academic dorm. This is the dorm mentioned in your admission pamphlet. Upon entering, you are greeted with a high, amused voice.
"Welcome." You turn towards the source, finding a young colt, about 15 years old standing before you. He is incredibly pale with a near white coat, blue eyes and a blue mane and tail. "You're late," he continued, with an eerie grin. "I've been waiting a long time."
The unknown colt is holding a piece of paper out to you...
"If you want to proceed, then please sign here. It's a contract," the colt explained. "There's no need to be scared. It only binds you to accepting full responsibility for your actions."
You look closely at the paper he's holding out to you, reading the words written on the page. 'I chooseth this fate of mine own free will.' Below the words is a blank to sign your name, which you now do.
"...Very well," the colt says, as he takes the paper back. "Time is something no one can escape. It delivers us all to the same end. Wishing won't make it go away." His smile morphs into something akin to a predatory grin. "And so it begins..." With those final words, the unknown colt disappeared, as if melting into the darkness, his grin being the last thing to vanish.
"Who's there!?" a voice cries out behind you. You turn and find a blue unicorn filly, her mouth agape, and eyes wide. "How can you be... But it's...! Wait... Don't tell me..."
The filly is holding something that looks like a miniature cannon in her telekinetic grip, slowly being brought up...
"Wait!" another voice called, stopping the cannon's course. Another pony trotted down the stairs, this one a purple alicorn, obviously the princess of friendship herself, Princess Twilight Sparkle. The lights suddenly come back on, prompting you to momentarily shield your eyes.
"The lights..." the filly's voice breathes in relief.
Princess Twilight turns to you. "I didn't think you'd arrive so late. As I'm sure you already know, my name is Twilight Sparkle. I'm one of the teachers who live in and supervises this dorm."
"Who's (s)he?" the blue filly asks, shifting nervously from hoof to hoof.
"(S)He's a transfer student. It was a last minute decision to assign him/her here," Twilight explained. "(S)He'll eventually be moved to a room in the normal dorm."
The blue filly bites her lip. "Is it okay for him/her to be here?"
"I guess we'll see," Twilight replies, chuckling to herself. She turns back to you. "This is Blue Star. She'll be a junior this spring, just like you."
"...Hi, I'm Blue Star, but you can call me Blue." Blue says, a smile forming on her face.
Your eyes shift down to the cannon, now resting on the floor. You decide to ask the obvious question. "Why do you have a cannon?"
Blue's eyes go wide. "Huh? Um, well, it's sorta like a hobby... Well, not a hobby, but..."
"You know how it is these days..." Twilight cut in. "It's for self-defense when magic fails. It's not a real cannon, of course. It's getting late. You'll find your room on the 3rd floor. Your things should already be there. I suggest you tuck in for the night."
"Oh, I'll show you the way," Blue speaks up, her smile returning to her face. "Follow me."

Dormitory, 3rd floor hallway, in front of door...
"Welp, here we are," Blue says as she stops in front of a door. She then turns back to you. "So, any questions?"
There is one question in your mind at the moment. "Does that colt live here?"
"What are you talking about?" Blue asks, raising an eyebrow.
You decide to just drop the question, since she obviously doesn't know what you're talking about.
"Um, can I ask you something?" she asks. You nod in response. "On your way here from the station, was everything okay?"
You raise your eyebrow. "What do you mean?" you ask in response.
"You know what I--" she cuts herself off. "...Never mind. It seems like you're alright. Well, I'd better get going..." She turns and starts down the hallway, then pauses and turns back to you. "Um... I'm sure you still have other questions, but let's save them for later, okay? Good night." Blue then trots down the stairs.
You now turn back to your room, enter it, and fall on top of your bed, instantly falling asleep.
((Alright! The first post of the RP! This post is in the second person view, so that I could describe the opening in a mysterious way, without giving away too much info. Now, those of you with the Fool arcana, that would be me and blobking, will be woken up by Blue the next morning, and will officially meet each other as we get ready to go to school. Everyone else will be met at the school. So, wait for Grizzly to post how her character comes to wake you up, then you can post.))

Hey guys, HunterOfTheDark here with a new RP for you all! This is gonna be loosely based off of the popular game Persona 3. If you're not sure what that is, don't worry, I plan to structure this in a way that allows for newbies to jump right in. However, I should probably mention that, unless we are navigating through a dungeon, or having an important discussion that could change the route the RP takes, you will be busy building social links. One more thing before I explain the sign-up process; this RP will be set in and around Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns (High School area), where there will be brief segments where you answer question that I assign you, or make the choice to either fall asleep in class, or stay awake. These segments will power up your character, and by extension your Persona. But I've gotten ahead of myself, I'll explain those segments when they become relevant.
Now, to sign-up, you will first need to describe your OC, using the questions in the spoiler below. After that, you will choose a Persona that you can summon to fight for you from this list here. After I have approved your OC, I will decide if the Persona you have chosen fits with your OC, and if it doesn't I will assign one to you.

Hey everyone, I'm here to create a rather unique RP. I call it Courage is Magic. Courage is Magic was originally an MLP version of Dungeons and Dragons, what I am doing is creating an RP version of the game. Now for some ground rules:
1) You are only aloud to have one character. I'm making this rule to avoid having an unmanageably large group.
2) No overpowering. The stats are there for a reason.
3) No arguing with the Game Master (GM). He actually knows what he's doing.
4) If you want to add something, talk to the GM. This goes for adding non-player characters (NPCs), adding original items and adding key items.
5) Make sure you read the entire document that the link above takes you to! I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say we don't want to be answering stupid questions.
and 6) Have fun! This is a game, not a flame war. (You would not believe how many people start flame wars in the RPs I've been in)
Now, to add your character, you need to fill out the character sheet found in the link above and post it as an image in a spoiler box.

Discord paced across the floor of his room in the Celestial Plane, deep in thought. It had been nearly a year since Fluttershy had successfully rehabilitated him, yet there was still something off about him; something dark. Not that he noticed anything, after all, all chaos comes with darkness. His thoughts at the moment were focused on the starry night sky, or what was left of it, since the stars were blinking out. The phenomenon began approximately one week ago, when Princess Luna was tending to the night sky as always. At first it seemed that the star was merely shining brighter than usual, until it suddenly blinked out of existence. It slowly picked up pace as the stars began blinking out in larger groups. Thankfully, nopony except for Luna, Celestia and Discord had noticed. The Lord of Chaos came to halt, detecting something behind him.
"Come out where I can see you. I know you're there, Seeker of Darkness"
The air condensed into darkness as a portal came into existence directly behind him. From the portal came a man clad in a black cloak. He was tall, with long hair in a pony tail, a scar going over his left eye with an eye patch covering the dead eye.
"Not quite."
Discord turned around and regarded his visitor in amusement.
"Ahh, Braig! Good to see you again! I take it you're here to enjoy some chaos?"
"As if. I'm here to take you back to base. Even if it means I have to turn you into a nobody to do it."
"Try if you must, but you won't leave here with me, after all, you're in my domain now."
Discord's room began to distort and change into an impossibly huge maze.
"Hmph, enjoy your victory for now, serpent, but I will get you someday."
With that, the dark portal reappeared, swallowing Braig in darkness. Discord simply snapped his talons, and returned the room to normal.
"It would appear that Equestria is in danger. I suppose its time we got ourselves a Keyblade wielder. Good thing I know just the pony!"

Hello everypony, I thought we could use a bit of KH action somewhere on this site, and this is what I came up with. Also, if this could be moved to the Sign-Up threads that'd be much appreciated (I didn't notice that I put this in the wrong place until it was too late... 
). So, here's a brief opening synopsis (the full opening synopsis as well as the first post for the RP will appear once we've got enough characters to get things started):
Sora and Riku have just returned from their ordeal within the Realm of Sleep, and are preparing for the final showdown with Master Xehanort, when they stumble across a world that is not only protected from the oncoming Darkness, but will also play a pivotal role in the war that is to come.

Is there anything you wish to tell us about your OC? he is the nobody of Flame after working with the organization for sometime he went rouge and escaped arriving in Equestria the place of his somebody he found his way to a funeral parlor and met a old (somewhat insane) pony who called himself Undertaker in exchange for join his group he would change his appearance to hide him from the Organization he was given a scythe and he became a shinigami a god of death [/spoiler]
Personality: Mage is the type that refuses to give up. No matter what happens, no matter how impossible something seems to be, no matter how grim things get, he absolutely refuses to give up. He has a tendency to try to get others believe this as well, especially whenever they are really down in the dumps and are being unbelievably pessimistic. Sometimes it works, other times is doesn't. But, even if he is the only one with hope left, he'll continue to fight for that hope. He's unbelievably persistent as well. No matter how many times you knock him down, he'll always get up. He even has a tendency to try to do this despite how badly injured he may be. Mage has always believed that if you believe in yourself, anything and everything is possible and you can overcome any and all odds that may be stacked up against you. Some ponies think he's unbelievably foolish for being so persistent and refusing to give up. But he doesn't care. He'll continue fighting until the very end if he has to. He's very humble though is nice to everypony he meets though unless they act mean or do rude things. He can't resist to help when somepony needs help, though he tends to summon a sword when, most of the time, it is not needed at all, making himself feel embarrassed. He strives to become even stronger, always wanting to become stronger just in case something awful were to occur in Ponyville, or anywhere else in Equestria for that matter. It seems all he really wants, is to prove himself to others.

Powers: Regular unicorn magic spells as well as sword summoning spells

Other Details: Mage is a young colt who is still developing his magic skills. However, he discovered his special talent rather quickly in magic school. He had an interesting and unique talent to just simply use his magic and think about it and a sword would appear out of thin air. He could also summon multiple swords as well and actually was able to perfect a spell where it pretty much rained swords. He can only hold the spell for about ten minutes before he had to release it due to it exhausting him. He was transferred to the weapon mastery class where he learned to use his skill to become quite a decent swordsmare. He is one of the best students at swordsmareship.[/spoiler]
