Agreed.  Based on the discussions over in the suggestions/bugs page.  There's very few reasons given to nominate, and then a vote with no reasons given for each vote

While we will take vote counts into consideration, we will also talk about all the potential candidates. If the user has warnings against them, or a bad attitude, then not even having the highest vote count will help them.
