naming help please (all thats left is this)

OK guys and gals heres the deal. I finally finished the design and looks for Moonlight's mom BUT I need need help naming her. I don't have a lot of info at the moment but whatever you can come up with would be a big help.

The basics are as follows:
She LOVES the colors black and white
She works at the weather factory making snowflakes
She loves ice, snow and anything that has to do with the combination of the two
She is a bit hyper but she isnt Pinkie hyper
She is very friendly so dont be surprised if she kisses you on the cheek when you first meet
She is very protective of her family
She taught Moon how to fly
She passed first in her class in flight school (before Rainbow Dash's time of course)
She can forget things (other than names) almost instantly so if she zones out just point her back in the right direction.

So far thats all. i have thought up a nice back story to explain how her and Mixer met and why they decided to move to ponyville and now all I need is her name. Again ANY help is appreciated.

Just got a pic of her up and Ill consider that because I would like her name to at least include something that has to do with ice and snow.
