Screen freezing at this screenshot. Help, please.

Ember and I had a feeling something was up here and we weren't the only ones having this problem...

It freezes like this. I can still move the cursor, and I'm also worried that it might be the fullscreen because my cursor turns back to my desktop one when I move it to the right side of the screen. 

If anyone has this issue and has fixed it, please tell me the solution, it would be greatly appreciated!

They said its a pre loading screen and you are waiting in line for a slot to open to spawn... But the server Levade has about 95% stuck in that screen...
