I was playing LoE a long time ago and I wanted to play it again but my character that I played isn't in my account anymore, I was level 50 and had a lot of stuff and I wanted to play with that character again.

That depends, were you on your character before September of 2017? If you did, you character was deleted along with everyone else after the Open Server Weekend.
If it was after you'll probably have to contact an admin.
