You are now DIAMONDS DROOG, second in command pf the notorious gang, the MIDNIGHT CREW jazz musician, walking (trotting?) around town with your friend, student, and adoptive son, Miru, or, going by his alias, 'Ink Comet', pointing out what's what, where they should avoid during their 'jobs', the works. You speak derisively of nearly everything, (one specific example comes to mind with you calling the town librarian a twitbiscuit behind her back).

Miru was doing his little bounce by his godfather, ears up to let the man know he was indeed listening despite his 'jolly nature'. He wasn't really all that jolly. Just learned how to move around this way. He often commented on Droog's soft comments, still unsure how to feel about the ponies around them.

You lead Miru through the village to the entrance of the Everfree Forest, specifically avoiding the more populated areas of the town so you and Miru would be less likely to be seen. "Our hideout's in the forest." You whisper to Miru. You never know who's watching and you would much rather play it safe. "We don't need to check it out now, people say that the forest has many dangerous creatures in it." You know that Miru's a coward, so he might as well be an informed coward.

Miru's ears wiggled and wobbled to Droog's words, displaying his slightest mood changes before pressing back against the dusty brown mane at the mention of dangerous creatures. "I. I would rather have some supplies before we go in." He whispered to Droog. He's a coward, yes, but leftover supplies does indeed usually come in handy later.

"We gotta split uo for now. Hanging around the forest entrance in broad daylight is suspicion that we don't need. Go get an idea of the daily routine of the ponies around town. Get useful info about them if you can. Don't cause any trouble and stay quiet." You say, your voice still hushed to a whisper. "I'm going to go investigate the area for anything that'd seem of use." You turn to leave and make your getaway as quick as you can while still remaining the appearance of being casual, in part because you don't wanna spend too much time around the forest and in part because Miru can't say no if you're already gone.

Just as the other had suspected, Miru had opened his mouth to object, but since Droog was already a good distance away, he couldn't say no to the matter at hand. His ears flickered about with his thoughts, wanting to follow him no matter what. However, he knew this would make him displeased. He looked down at the ground for a moment, mulling it over before returning to town to look for other ponies.
He knew this was important, since they needed to fit in. Oh man, did this mean Droog might have to lose the suit? Does this mean he, the 'fleece child', will have to lose his jacket?! He froze in the middle of town, eyes wide and ears back as if he just saw a terrifying beast. His hair stood on end as a silent, subtle shudder escaped his fleecy frame.

As Miru began to stroll back through town alone, Sanny had begun to awaken from her midday nap on the park bench, stretching out her back and forehooves as she yawned before pushing herself upright and rubbing her eyes. She started to look around when she spotted Miru standing in the street with a horrified expression on his face. Sanny was puzzled by him, looking where the stallion was staring only to see nothing out of the ordinary. She looked back at the jacketed colt, more confused now. She carefully let herself down from the bench and trotted over to him, once again checking in the direction Miru was facing before giving a light tug to his hoof. Hey, are you okay?

Miru jerked his hoof away from the tiny pony's touch, confused by what had touched him. What? Oh. REALLY tiny pony. Miru just. Stared down at the reddish speck, long ears up and just overall looking awfully alarmed at the tiny pone. Tiny tiny tiny. "What? What did you say?" He warbled, having been snapped out of his trance.

Sanny was startled by Miru's reaction to her touching him, taking a step back to avoid a possible kick or a stomp coming her way if he hadn't bothered to check what it was. She stared up at him with a look of worry, though she's a little more worried for herself now than him.
I-I asked if you were okay, you were all...scared looking a moment ago. she replies to him.

"I. I had a scare that deals with laundry." He admitted. I mean, it was no lie, and for a fellow who is dressed in such odd attire, he might not have a lot of clothes left. It would make sense for such a fellow to worry, no? He took a step back from the tiny pony, understanding the worry of him accidentally stepping on her due to his jittery, jerky reactions.

You looked worse than that, that would be the look I would have if something was about to eat me!
Sanny blinked her eyes twice at him, studying the odd jacket he's wearing. Is there just something I don't understand about clothes? Dirty clothes can't be that bad, right?

"The fact you guys don't wear clothes boggles my mind, actually. And my material gets very heavy in the rain and I thought I remembered rain being in today's forecast and...!" He laughed nervously. He didn't wanna say the real reason he got spooked, the embarrassment already leaving his cheeks a little rosy.

The foreca-oh, I always forget that pegasus ponies can control the weather here. he says, looking around a bit before turning her gaze back up to Miru.
Maybe you should just get inside somewhere if you're this scared of the rain...maybe I should too... she nervously drags her hoof across the ground.
What are you doing in town today anyways? Are you out shopping or looking for somepony?

"I'm pony-watching." He bluntly stated, staring down at the tiny nervous mare. Strange how one will fret over a jacket then be so ready to admit to actively watching other ponies. "Maybe..Maybe a little shopping. I am new here though, and I do not know where to go or what this town has. Would you like to be my guide?" He asked, ears up once more, eagerly awaiting her answer. His eyes were glancing up at the sky sometimes, seeing if there were any pegasi flying about. "And to be honest...This is the first time I've seen anyone control the weather." He softly mused to her.

Well, I don't know the town perfectly, I'm still a little new to the whole idea of there being other ponies in my life at all. But I'm sure I could still help you out and show the town, at least the important bits. she smiles up to him. Besides, I kinda pony watch a lot too.

"Yes, good. Would you like me to carry you?" He offered, brows raised. People...Pony watching with someone was always nice. It would also give him a chance to see morality and how others think, hopefully.

That would probably be best, sometimes it's a little hard to see where I'm going with grass or ponies blocking my way. she nods to him.

He lowered himself, then tilted his hair some to offer the other to climb on. Yes hello tiny friend I shall be your lift.

Sanny took a gentle stroll to the side of Miru before grasping the stallion's mane and pulling herself up, climbing up with ease. She's about as light as she looks, providing just the lightest tug as she scaled Miru until she was on top of his head. She takes a few steps to the front side of his cranium before lying herself down comfortably, smiling.
Thank you! Is there anything you'd like to see first?

He didn't mind the small tug, he stood up gently in fear of shaking her off. "I am very interested in finding a clothing shop. To be honest, I don't think there is one, what with how...Bare the others are." He informed the tiny pony.

Actually I DO know of one in town. There's a pony named uh...Rarity, super white coat and purple hair. She runs a clothes business from a big, rounded white building. Some of my friends have mentioned her a few times.

VERY INTERESTED MIRU. His ears just. Shoot right back up. "How do I meet this Rarity? I must know, please." He asked of the tiny pony, having the slightest wiggles of excitement.

Sanny could ever small movement the stallion made, giggling a little on the inside as she smiled, able to tell how happy and excited he is.
Well, I think you can mail her house or just visit her directly. I've never gone to her myself, I heard she has a fear of mice and might stuff me in the nearest trash bin if she saw me. she says, shuddering a little at the thought of being lost to the garbage.

"I will keep her from touching you. I would like to visit her directly. I have a special order to place." He commented. He was never able to stay still, it seems. He always had a slight sway to him, as if his own awkward words would move him, or even the gentle breeze was able to nudge him. It's rather silly to think about honestly, since he's got a stable stance. He's a silly pone pone.

I appreciate that you'll do that for me, thank you! Sanny smiles, giving a thankful nuzzle to Miru's ear with her tiny snout.
I think it's...down that road there. she says, indicating to the left hand road by patting the left side of his head, seeing as he can't see where should would point from his view.
My name is Sanny by the way. What's yours?

Miru followed the pats, his steps rather uncoordinated but not unbearably shaky. "My name? My name is Ink Comet, Sanny!" He chirped, in a pretty pleasant mood at the moment.

It's very nice to meet you, Mr Ink! Or...Mr Comet! I don't actually know which it's supposed to be. she says, lowering her head a little with a small frown.

"Aaah! THat sounds so nice! But I must decline. Just Ink is fine, Sanny!" He cooed, cheeks all rosy. Miru looks around, finally making his way towards the boutique.

The boutique appears quiet with a lack of customers though the window curtains are open in a welcoming way.
Oh, alright then Ink! That's much easier for me. she smiles once more, giving his ear another gentle nuzzle.

Miru walked inside, placing a rather...classy order. Two suits. One navy, one maroon. And hats. Just. Suits. He had a list of measurements for the maroon suit, and he himself was measured for the navy one. With him then paying her for the job that was to be done later in the week, he left with Sanny in tow.
"Have you ever thought of getting clothes, Sanny?" He asked, walking away from the boutique since his business was done there.

Sanny did her best to remain low and a little out of sight of Rarity, half burying herself in Ink's mane for the duration of the visit just in case her appearance might scare the white mare into whacking her with the nearest blunt object. Once they left she sat up a little.
um...no, I never have. I did used to make stuff for camouflaging when I lived alone though. It helps to not be seen by birds and wolves. But with ponies, it's better to be noticed.

"True. If you weren't such a bright color, I might've accidentally stepped on you!" He commented, agreeing with her.

Sanny giggles a little. Well, I won't deny that it actually HAS happened. It's not fun, but at least it's brief! As she speaks, she fixes up his mane just a little where she was hiding herself during their visit to Rarity's.

"As often as I can; I am a very big fan of this jacket. Very comforting. It's like having a jacket." He commented, looking rather proud of it.

Is it that comfortable? Would you mind if I felt it a little? Sanny asks him.

"You can touch it as long as you don't fall into it." He commented. He be wearing soft fleece. THat stuff is all nice and waaarm. And fluffy.

Okay, thanks! I'll just carefully mosey on down... she says, crawling to the back of his head and cautiously letting herself down with his hair until she stops on his upper back. She takes a few steps out until it's flatter and lies down, feeling the soft fabric with all her body.
Wow! It IS really comfy! she comments cheerfully.

"I used to work with this material all the time, you know. It was wonderful to be surrounded by this all the time, so I made a jacket just for that." He informed her, walking around after she's comfy and stable. Nice and easy to grip, and she gets a free ride! Bonus for all! Not to mention a red tiny mare shows up nicely against the dull, bluish purple jacket.

It really is nice! If you have any more, I think I could ask you to make me a blanket or something from this stuff! she says, cutely rolling onto her back.

"Oh, I have more, but I lost my special scissors, you see. I will have to go home and visit you the next day." He informed her, looking around at all the other ponies and at the shops, mentally taking note of everything. And boy do I mean EVERYTHING.

That's alright, I can wait. she smiles at him, still laying on her back as she curls her front hooves against her chest.
oh, I forgot! Was there someplace else you wanted to go or hear about?

"Hmm...What about a general goods store? Somewhere with a bit of everything?" He asked, looking around. "Maybe a place that sells tools?" He mused, eyes studying the signs.

Hmm...I don't know, but there's a big market somewhere around here. I hear it has everything, but I'm a little scared to go there. Too many hooves too close together. she says, rolling over onto her side.

"Hmm...I bet I can find it on my own then, hm? At least you won't be on the ground this time." He assured her, putting those long ears up and focusing on where the loudest nearby area is. Gonna find himself a market, yeah!

I bet you they won't even notice me from here, most ponies don't bother to check for the little things. Sanny comments.
She does a little pony watching while Ink searches, spying on a few ponies going about their business as they walk, some tinkering with toys like yo-yos and such while one mare passes out sample pastries on a tray.

Miru is of course delighted at all this. Ears all up, taking everything in and watching how bartering works. He even buys some small things, little fun things that serve no real purpose. Where he puts it all is awfully strange, as his jacket doesn't bulge, nor does he have any saddle bags. Eh. It's not like its a threat or anything. Once he's done with shopping, he just looks so proud of himself. He prances about, and is actually a little glad none of the ponies questioned him about his tiny friend on his back. I mean, with toys and figurines being her size, it would be awful if a collector tried to scoop her up, you know?

Sanny had remained quiet as Miru shopped around, observing what her and other ponies were buying. She had heard right, there certainly seemed to be a bit of everything at the market! It surprised her at how much these Bits seemed to be worth to everypony, always haggling to spend less and watching the prices raise slightly as the supply went down. She could hardly tell what it was that her friend was buying, only able to see them from poor angles before they were stowed away out of sight.

"Awright! I think I got everything I could ever need!" He chirped to his tiny friend, ears pointing back to listen for her. "Where do you want to go?" He asked, feeling pretty good right now.

Where do I want to go? Could we go find something to eat? I'm starting to feel very hungry.

Miru nodded and began the hunt for a place to eat. He eventually found a common cafe with outside dining. You know, nothing too special, but still quite nice. "What about here?" He asked, a hopeful tone in his voice.

Sanny gazes over the outdoor dining area and smiles.
Yeah, this looks good to me!

Miru stands by a table to let her off onto it, then sitting down once she was there. He has some trouble sitting, ending up sitting like a human on the hay pile. He didn't seem all that bothered by the strange position, opening the menu and letting Sanny read it as well. If she wanted to, I mean. As far as Miru knew, she might already have her food picked out already.

Sanny hopped off of Miru's back, stumbling a little on the hard surface of the table but catching herself. She turns to face her friend as he sits down, trying to get a peek at the menu and staring at it.
um...I can't read. she says with a small blush and a small smile.

Miru stared at her some, then nodded in understanding. He read out what was on the menu for his new tiny friend, glad to be of some use to someone besides Droog.

The fruit salad sounds really good! Sanny smiles, looking up at Miru expectantly.

Miru orders a large fruit salad for them both to share. Yes!

Sanny sits in front of Miru, waiting for their order to arrive. It's not long before a mare with a dish arrives, sliding the dish on the table towards Ink and nearly pushing Sanny off, prompting the filly to apologize. Sanny thanks the mare for the meal and sits on one side of the plate.

Oh my! He makes sure Sanny is okay, and is happy to see that she's alright and sitting on the edge of the plate. He then realizes something. How...How is he gonna eat this? He never mastered holding things, so he always kinda just. Shoved his face into things. Hm. He looked at Sanny, then at the fruit. Surely his new friend wouldn't mind, right? He just kinda. Plucked out a single fruit delicately with his teeth, eating away from the plate. Yes. This is correct, right?

Sanny giggles a little watching Ink pull a fruit from the plate with his face. She pulls a few things closer to herself and takes turns biting into each of them, hardly leaving a nibble in each of them as she eats.
She doesn't really mind the way he eats, though in the back of her mind, she's wondering why he doesn't just lift them up with his hooves, as she's seen other ponies do.

He's seen other ponies do it, yet, but he has had some trouble with doing it. He doesn't know why, but he'll learn eventually.

Sanny lets out a gigglish yelp as Ink's snout brushes up against her while he eats.
Hey careful! You might gobble me up! she chuckles, continuing to eat.

"Hahaa, naaaah. I won't eatcha." He chuckled, a bright smile on his face. "Today has been a good day, yes."

Hey, I enjoyed today too! I'm glad I got to meet you and show you the town a bit! she smiles sweetly at Ink, her tail joyfully waving about. ^-^

"We should do this again some time. Should we plan a meet up for tomorrow?" He cooed, looking quite eager.

Sure! I'd love to get back together with you tomorrow!

Miru stares at the tiny mare for the longest time while smiling...Then big ol' tears start streaming out. Yeah he's crying. He's just. So happy! He bawls a little, not really seeming to have a reason other than just being so happy. I mean, he's still got a big goofy grin on his face, and he's chuckling a little at his own reaction to having a friend. This is okay, right? He rubbed his tears away, snuffling and just...Happy. "You're my first friend here, y'know? I thought everyone here was gonna be weird, but you're so niiice!" He bawled out to her, finally able to choke out some words to her. Miru please. Stop. Stop that. You have an image to keep you nerd.

Sanny at first was worried that she struck something sensitive within the stallion when she saw redness and tears build in his eyes, but as he kept smiling while crying and spoke, she found herself smiling more.
Aww, you don't have to cry about it! I'm sure that you'll make many more friends here!

He looked at her tearfully, putting another strawberry in his mouth to shut himself up. So nice. She is nice. "Where do you live, Sanny?" He warbled, sniffling some. He gonna mark a house as a place to not...Erm...Mess with.

I sort of have two homes. she chuckles. There's MY home, which is a bit of a walk into the forest nearby and then there's Sugar Cube Corner.

"Sugar Cube Corner...Wait. Forest. What forest." Miru stared at her with that tear stained face, practically demanding to know what forest.

um...it's...on the tip of my tongue... she says, gazing upwards while rubbing her chin in thought.
Oh! I got it! They call it Everfree! That big jungly one close to town!

Miru looked quite distressed at the news, leaning back some. "Ooooh lordy that place has monsters!" He exhaled, forearm over his forehead. He looks overwhelmed.

Well, sure, but I grew up there on my own. I live in a tree, you see. That tree gave me everything I ever needed. It was really just curiosity that lead me to find new ponies and places.

"I heard there's new monsters there. I recommend on not going to that home for a while, Sanny." He informed her, his voice going softer as the sentence went on.

Well, if you insist. I can stay here in town, hopefully nopony will have any accidents with me. she smiles at him. When did you want to meet up tomorrow?

"Some time around noon, maybe? I have a feeling I'm going to be busy tonight." He informed her.

That sounds good to me! It helps make it easy too! I just have to wait for the sun to be right up in the middle of the sky then. ^-^

Miru nodded, and got up. "Shall I take you to Sugar Cube Corner before I depart?"

um...no, you don't have to. I think I might explore town a little longer, the day's not over yet. But thank you for offering! she does a cute bow.

Miru bowed his head some in return, and paid for the meal, taking most of it with him. He's gonna leave some for Sanny, just in case she's not done. Who knows. He made his way back to the Everfree Forest, taking the long route back and nervously looking for Droog.

Sanny sat down and continued to enjoy the rest of her meal until she was full, lying down on the table to relax a bit.

You are now IN A CAVE IN A FOREST. Which cave? The cave. The one you'd hope'd be obvious to Miru by both your's and the rest of the Midnight Crew's symbols adorning the entrance to the cave, which is less of a door and more of a big slab of wood carved to fit the (relative to other caves, quite small) entrance. Well, he'd also probably be able to point it out by the fact that there's light comong from the door. And the rest of the Crew being loud, with Hearts Boxcars and Spades Slick yelling at each other over...something stupid, you'd guess. Clubs Deuce being Clubs Deuce didn't help at all.

Miru swallowed thickly at the sight of the cave. He checked behind him, eye searching everywhere, even for his left side. Ears rotated and trembled at every sound before he finally made his way into the cave. This probably looks like some shady card game place. Eh. Ponies playing cards. He decided to stay out of Hearts and Slicks' fight since...Well. They're awfully strong and so very loud. Yeah he's not gonna bother them. He gave Deuce a small ball from the market to keep him busy...Or to explode it I don't know it's Deuce. You can't really tell what kind of fun he wants at the moment, you know?
And then....Him. Droog. Miru hurried over to him a little bit too fast, almost falling over his front legs which have a hard time keeping up with those back ones.
"Daddy Drooogy." Miru warbled out, rubbing up against the more serious of the bunch like an affectionate cat. "I learned so much!"

"Tell me what you've learned." You say as you gently push Miru off of you. "Everything went fine? Kept your cool?" Your voice is calm and stern, making it clear that you don't want your time to be wasted.

He steps back, giving the other pretty much no resistance to the gentle push. He deployed the new items on the clear table, having a good idea of what the town is like in terms of spirit. Oh. And fruit in a bowl. Yes.
"They have a boutique. I put in orders for a new suit for us both. I used your measurements for a nice dark maroon suit to match yourself. Maybe keep any 'messes' hidden. I met a tiny one inch mare who showed me around town as well. She doesn't seem to suspect anything out of the ordinary, rest assured. She seems to have home here in the forest, but she stays at a place called 'Sugar Cube Corner' as well. A bakery it seems. I might go by there at some point. The merchants will try and haggle, but I have confidence you can 'persuade' them to give you a discount. Ehehehe. _{I do admit I had trouble keeping my cool here and there, but I don't think anyone saw. I think.}" He gave him a good summary of what had happened, voice practically nonexistent whenever he had to admit his 'hiccups' during his scouting. But yes, straight to the point from the fleece child.

You listen to Miru, taking deep note of the fact that Miru has memorized your measurements. You don't take that creepy bit of info very harshly though, as you're much more happy with  the fact that you'll get a new suit at all. Oh, yeah, and all that stuff about the extortion and the one inch ponies and trash. You pat Miru on the back. "You did good, as long as you didn't get anyone suspicious."

What? Naw! He would never trust his mind with such important numbers! He just. Stuffs the slip of paper with the numbers on it back into his sylladex. Ah! He got a pat on the back! Oh no. Oh no he's happy again. He's weeping again, big ol' tears at the words of praise from the one he considers his dad. Weep weep. "Droooogy! You're so nice! You have so much confidence in me!" He sobbed dramatically into his own fleecy arm. Well. At least he's happy. He just blubbers and hobbles out of the way so Droog can look things over. He gonna sit down out of the way and try to stop the water works. YEs.

You take a long, deep sigh. You really are not in the mood to deal with the sheer amount of madness going on right now. The weight of your associates' insanity is crushing you. While it wouldn't be the smartest decision, you seriously consider going out and performing 'recon' (waiting for your suit to get done) to get away from this stupidity. You think the action over a bit, and decide that literally anything that could happen out there can't be worse than what's happening in here. "I'm going out for a bit." You stride past the arguers, the moron, and the crybaby, straight out the door, and then swiftly teleport to some back alley to prevent being followed or being seen around the cave. You begin wandering the small town, keeping a sharp lookout for anything of use or value.

Miru tearfully bidded him a 'have fun' comment to the departing Droog, staying behind for obvious waterwork reasons. He can't have himself crying and following his godfather, after all! Since he wasn't going out again, he decided to work on dealing with the other members in his place. While he didn't have the steadfast brains of the second in command, he did have a good deal of emotions that could usually snap them out of their barking at each other.

It eventually ended, but they all got bruises on each other due to 'rough play'. The four just sat quietly, Miru by Slick, Deuce by Boxcars. Whenever the boss asked anything about Droog, Miru would just answer him quietly, usually resulting in an 'oh' from the perpetually upset leader. They're gonna go stircrazy, and Miru knows it. Ooooh boy.

For Droog, there isn't anything too noteworthy besides the few unique visitors from wealthier cities like Canterlot sporting expensive outfits or the multicultural stores, housings and tapestries occasionally set up around windows. There's a well, a bagel shop, children playing, a ruined kite stuck in a tree with no apparent owners in sight, well trimmed rose bushes around a garden shop, a general supply store and ponies; ponies doing just about every casual thing ever together.

Sanny had gotten down from the outdoor dining table just as somepony came in with their coltfriend for a meal, the pair never even noticing her as she trotted away and back onto the streets. The small mare stayed close to the buildings to avoid the hooves of the common folk. She soon came across Droog by turning the corner of a house and screaming out in a shriek as his hooves just barely stamped beside her, giving her a terrifying fright.

Hmm...if Deuce were here, he could rry and pickpocket several of the apparent nobles. Bomb-loving idiot though he may be, Deuce is a surprisingly talented pickpocket when the need arises. You do your best to not let your vision linger on any of the nobles' outfits, the expertly tailored cloth stirs a faint feeling of envy towards the nobles. Alas, your expertly-tailored-clothing-induced-appreciation is ended by someone's shriek. So much for getting away from violent insanity. To your shock, the shriek came from under you. You look down to be greeted with a pony so short that she's lucky you didn't squash her-oh. Now it all makes sense. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" You say, faking a feeling of guilt.

The small red and brown mare gazes up at Droog with a shaken look, stumbling a little on her hooves before falling on her rump.
T-that was so close! I-I shouldn't go around corners like that! she exclaims, holding her head with one hoof while looking at the building corner, then looking back up towards Droog. I-I didn't scare you with that scream, did I?

"I should have watched where I was going..." More fake guilt. "You're okay, right?" You really couldn't care less, but it's always a good idea to get a few 'friends'. Friends meaning pawns that you will ruthlessly manipulate.

Yeah, I'm okay. I think you just stepped on my tail. Sanny says, examining her tail to find a few strands were pulled out.

"I can't express how sorry I am..." You're basically chanelling Miru in order to seem semi-charming. He does seem to be fairly 'normal' among the ponies.

Thank you, but I'm okay. Really. she says, smiling up to the stallion sweetly.

ATTA BOY DROOGY. CHANNEL THE MIRU. My lord that sounds impossible and I'm still impressed you managed to be nice.

"I'm Diamonds Droog." You hope that this encounter ends quick once all of the introductions are made and the friendlies have happened. You're not a very social creature.

It's nice to know your name, I'm Sanny. the little red mare smiles. She notices how Droog is wearing a coat/jacket and smiles, giving his hoof a soft hug. That's a nice...um...clothing piece you have on. she compliments.

"Thank you, I had it custom tailored!" Well, you technically didn't pay for it. Does it count as buying it with your own money if the money is stolen from people who didn't deserve to have their money stolen?

It looks very nice on you. Are you from out of town too?

"Yeah, I moved here from Manehatten." It's smart to come up with a false history so that when people have questions, you have answers. Nigh paramount, even.

Manehatten...um...that's the...really big city, isn't it? I heard there's not many plants in sight. I don't think I've been anywhere without trees or grass.

"The term 'urban' is putting it lightly. You'd be lucky if you managed to find a flower in a greenhouse." All lies, of course. You've never been to Manehatten, though you'd guess that it was sort of like Midnight City-lite.

Wow! I hope they at least paint the place! I can't imagine the entire city looking like a...like a rock!

"Less like a rock and more like a big assortment of grey blocks of varrying sizes and, if you were very very lucky, you'd see a slightly darker shade of grey."

Ouch. Well, maybe I'd show up easy on the ground. That way I might not get stepped on, but I also heard there are lots of ponies in the city.

"Too many, if you ask me. Too loud. Too crowded. It did provide a nice contrast to the aformentioned greys. Sort of like a rainbow breaking out of the clouds to lay attack your vision."

That sounds kind of cool to see actually. Would you mind if I hung out with you for a bit? Sanny asks him.

You want to say 'no, i would much rather be stealing the crows of the princesses' but that'd turn out very badly for very obvious reasons. "Sure! Maybe I can make uo for the whole nearly-crushing-you thing."  You find it sort of hard to understand the mare's forgiving nature. If anyone nearly stomped on you, you'd already be plotting their absolute ruination.

Aww you don't have to do that for me! But thank you for letting me come with you!
She squeezes the stallion's hoof a little tighter in her hug.

A small part of you is curious as to how one could hug this abnormally small pony. Not even because you want to, but just because a part of you is curious if it's even possible. You suppose that maybe if she tamed a small creature then they could hug, like a cockroach, or some kind of other small insect. "I heard that there was some kind of candy-restraunt? That seems like a good place to hang out." You're (semi) willing to admit that you're not very well versed in the whole hanging out thing. Usually you just read the newspaper while chaos passes by you with the intensity and magnitude of an atomic bomb.

Oh! I think you might be talking about Sugar Cube Corner! I actually live there with my big sister. I think you'll like it there!

"Mind showing me the way?" Ugh. Yay. A restraunr based entirely around candy and sugar and other tRASH. Part of you wishes it was renamed 'Dental Care Nightmare'.

Sure, would you mind if I rode you? I don't really want to be guiding you from under your hoof. she giggles.

You lift her onto you with your magic. "Lead me to our destination, o noble one." Mock medieval accent. Atrempt the joke without snarkiness. Fail. Do not understand comedy.

Who talks like THAT? Sanny chuckles. She gently pats Droog's body in the direction of the SCC. It'll be easy to see, the building looks like a cupcake!

"I do. Regretfully." Well, that's actually less of a lie and more of a half truth. As someone decently cultured, you know that quoting any Shakespere'd require speaking in some form of olde english. Oh, wait. This isn't a Shakespere fansite. Stop writinf paragraphs based around the wording in his plays, narrator. You approach the Sugar Cube Corner, silently feeling disgust at the overly bright design. "This the place?"

It is! I don't know if any of my friends are inside right now, but if you're hungry there should be somepony at the counter!

"Alright." Lord, you really so hope that she's not going to take you into some imaginary tea party. Ugh. You've done that horror before with Deuce. FACE THE HORROR HEAD ON. WALK INTO THE CUPCAKE RESTRAUNT.

Inside are a few ponies sitting at tables, eating their choice of cakes and cupcakes together while a mare stands behind the counter waiting to serve somepony.

You walk up to the counter, casually eavesdropping for any useful information only to be greeted with blabber and idiocy. "What'll you order?"

I won't have anything...actually could I have a muffin?
