When I run LoE my PC gets hot, it does not get hot for Killing Floor 2 or even Subanutica, any idea what's happening?

Somepony once showed me hoe to use the /timer command to automatically use a skill on loop but I forgot, can somepony tell me how? The skill is Ground Pound.
