That's spooky. I only just saw the latest youtube episode a few hours ago with my friend, and was laughing a lot at a certain joke.

At this time the episode on youtube is 2 weeks ago. Today the 6th episode was aired for sponsors and non-sponsors will be able to view it tomorow on their site.

I just learned that the Final Fantasy 7 remake might come out... in parts. This concerns me.

Their reasoning is that, if they release it in parts, they won't have to cut any of the content they want to include, and that's great reasoning, but... I don't like the idea of having to pay for several parts just to get the whole game. You know what I mean? So, I hope that it's something that's just a one-time payment. That, or each part is relatively cheap, with the price and the amount of content being well-balanced, so I'm not paying a higher price than it's worth. I also don't want the sum of the parts to add up to costing more than the standard $60 for a complete game.

But hey... it's being made in Unreal Engine 4. Awesome, huh? And it looks like it'll have a Kingdom Hearts style battle system. *Tries to look on the bright side*

You could always wait for every part to be released and then make the decision to buy it or not. Plus I'm sure someone will make 'buy all parts' kind of a deal.

Well now I feel like an idiot.  I thought she'd somehow got the bug on Ironwood's scroll and it transferred to Ozpin's computer.  Don't ask me how I thought she'd managed that, because I don't have an answer.  At least I recognized the significance of the rook on the screen before it was spelled out to the audience, and that was even considering the fact I completely forgot about seeing her upload the thing in Dance Dance Infiltration.  I may need to just rewatch the whole series over winter break and see what other continuity I've missed/forgotten.

Also a minor niggle: I wasn't a fan of Neon exactly, the genki-girl and mid-battle taunting combo just doesn't sit well with me (and something about her face bugged me), but she is meant to be a cat Faunus, right?  If so can Faunus be born with more than one animal trait, such as ears and a tail?  I had assumed she was a monkey like Sun (which still fit the agility motif in my head) until TVTropes pointed out the obvious Nyan Cat reference.

I think she might be more of a cheshire cat than a nyan cat if she is a faunus.

TBH, I never would have guessed Ren and Blake's ones.
One thing I noticed in the intro though; when it showed the picture of Qrow, there was a lady in a robe who looked a little sick/frail. Now, I don't really keep up with RWBY news, so this is probably old/known already, but I assume that's Ruby's mum?

Ah, I was wondering about the reason why.  Oh well, I'll be patient...though I still want an inside look at how Dust works.  Then I might be confident enough to finalize said OC...after I find a last name for him of course.  I say I can write well, but when it comes to character names...bleh. 

Wasn't there a World of Remnant video about dust?
Also I think there are several RWBY name generators out.

So, the RWBY volume 3 opening was released today (SQUEEEEE!!!!! ) technically yesterday 'cause it's almost 1:30 AM here but whatever, and it revealed and confirmed so many things (SQUEEEEEE!!!! ).

What's annoying about this?
The silly people who seem to forget what show we're watching.

So, there's this character named Qrow (pronounced Crow), and he has been said to wield a scythe, and a silhouette of him was even shown wielding a scythe in volume 2. At RTX, they showed us concept art of Qrow:

In the volume 3 opening, he is shown with his weapon in compact form attached to his back:


And in a photograph with it drawn as a big sword:

(Side note: EEEE! Summer Rose confirmed as the White Cloak from the volume 1 opening! Also confirmed as having silver eyes like Ruby (like in the headcanon I shared with the fandom)!! We finally get to see Taiyang, and he's confirmed as having blonde hair and purple eyes like Yang (like in the headcanon I shared with the fandom)! And Raven Branwen confirmed as Yang's mom, no surprise there.)

Anyway, so... There are an awful lot of people going "That's not Qrow. It can't be Qrow. He uses a scythe, remember? That's a sword."
Uh, HELLOOOO?! RWBY, the show with transforming mechanical weapons? Any of this ringing a bell? It's obviously a sword that turns into a scythe!

And there are people coming up with these theories that "Maybe he used to wield a sword, but after what happened to Summer, he started using her scythe."
Except the weapon he has attached to the back of his belt or whatever before the photo comes on the screen is the same exact weapon as the sword he's holding in the photo. Same red hilt, same metal guard running parallel to the hilt, same dark gray designs on the silver blade. It's the same exact weapon.

Why must people overcomplicate things?

Anyway if his weapon does turn into a sword and a scythe it will be the first one we see doing that since no other character's weapon turns into different melee weapons. Usually they are a melee weapon + firearm whilst Ruby's is 2 firearm modes and a scythe.

Anyway, yeah, I don't know if a white Beowolf is actually canon, and I don't know if they really plan to keep it in the game, since we haven't seen it since the multiplayer update.

I kinda hope white grimm are possible, though. I have an idea for arctic fox grimm that are native to Mantle, the continent that Atlas is on. Grimm would be much more dangerous on that snowy continent if they were white instead of black.

It would be logical for grimm to be adapted to their surrounding and the colour scheme being one of those adaptations. Would explain why they are white if the area where the school is rarely snows.

I don't recall Grimm other than black unless you are refering to the knight in the white trailer. Plus they could keep the stronger type grimm for later date and just go with the most common ones at this point.

There's nothing saying they can't, so right now, I don't really oppose it.
Before, we thought all grimm were based on animals, until we saw the Creeps in the end of volume 2, and in the volume 2 director's commentary, they said the Creeps aren't based on any animal.

I dunno if it would look exactly like a person, though. Grimm tend to have bone plates and bone spikes, unless they're a baby. The Beowolves in the Red Trailer were babies.

Well, out-of-universe, they were a prototype, but they seem to have found a way to make them canon in-universe.

The Red and White Trailers both had prototypes, while the Black and Yellow Trailers were more complete.
The White Trailer had the prototype version of dust. That's why there's such an inconsistency between what red dust does in the White Trailer and in the show. It's fire, in the show.

But there isn't a grimm that isn't black so far right? Doesn't that mean that in addition to no soul they have bone plates and black colour in common with each other? Unless someone loses their soul somehow and branded as grimm whcih could work too.

There are even people who try to ask if and theorize that a grimm could look like a person and have an aura. What they don't think about is that aura comes from the soul, and grimm do not have souls. If it has aura, that means it has a soul, and if it has a soul, it's not grimm. Therefore, grimm cannot have aura, and anything that has aura cannot be a grimm.

But you are saying a grimm could look like a person?

I don't understand the hate for Ashley Williams of Mass Effect. Like....what's wrong with her? I don't get it...

Personally I found her to be a pretty interesting character, but then again I'm a sucker for the tough girl type. Probably why I romanced Ashley in Mass Effect and Jack in Mass Effect 2. Haven't played Mass Effect 3 because scumbag EA won't release it on steam. I might replay the trilogy on Xbox if they decide to re-release it on a single disk. Not sure who I'd end up choosing between Ashley and Jack...

Somehow I've managed to avoid spoilers all these years. I still have no idea what happens in the end that got everyone so mad. I'm told that apparently the ending is the same regardless of any choices you made in the whole trilogy, which is kinda stupid...I mean what's the point of an RPG with multiple paths if they all lead to the same conclusion.

I think it's because Ashley is a space racist. But that's just my guess.

Without the extended cut DLC the ending has a lot of holes and as everyone said it's pretty much the same but with different colour. With the extended cut DLC there is more explenation (the same choices though), an added 4th choice for an ending and a closure in each of the endings (which weren't present before).

I keep hearing stuff about how Skype is really messed up, and I've been afraid to log into it.

The only thing was Skype not logging in and it was left in a state where it constantly tries to reconect. But it's fixed now (but if you mean the new version of skype then idk since I have not updated).
