Creating Pony Problems

Is there a way I can change my pony's colors and main and hair type?  I ask because the only thing I can change is the gender, eye colors, eye shape, race, and cutie mark.

Speaking of cutie mark, after looking at through a certain number, all that appears are brown coloring with lines.  I know which cutie mark I want, but it's not showing up.  It's the Yin/yang sign.
