geode locations?

[Sapphire White]

So far I have only found sandstone, limestone, and Slate.
Where are the other geodes located because all the vids I have seen seemed to be out of date are are just not in the locations showed in the videos and the wiki is very very vague.

Primarily im looking for Granite and Quartzite

If anyone could help that would be mutch appreciated.
