I can only seem to connect to Discord.
In the fifteen minutes the game takes to respond after connecting, it finally loads the map--only to display a message that my connection timed out.  I've retried this a few times now.  Do I need to use a higher-power computer?

I've ben having trouble getting connected, I'll log in and when I pick a server it'll go for a little bit and It'll stop responding. I'm fairly sure it's not a memory issue (I've got 8G of RAM) Would it just be because it's pre-alpha and everyone's trying to get in at the same time?

I've tried Dissy and Chrysalys so far, but looking through here, Luna seems to befairly stable so I'll give that one a try next and post an edit to this if I can get through.

Antlershy just pushed an update (as said in the irc chat) to fix some stuff, so with everyone trying to get back in, it'll take a long time to load.

I know fireball is left shift+left click. But teleport either doesn't exist (in this pre alpha) or its some unknown command.

good to know. Also, for those who need key stuff (such as flying lower/down) press the esc key to open your menu. Look in settings

Also... you said there were settings. When I ran the game THERE WERE NO SETTINGS.

I finally got it to load the town without my connection timing out, and... I'm in the river, near a bridge, but I think I'm under a waterfall. Or... Actually, the minimap says I'm on a path between two bridges. So I guess I'm under the map? Or my camera is... or... I can't see the ground. Game's frozen.

...Well I, for one, have no issue since I can't seem to load the level to begin with.  Bleh, I'll just try again in a few minutes...

Oh, hold on, I just noticed I got a message about a possible fix for me.

Try holding space to jump it sometimes gets you out of the ground it's also how you swim in water, if that doesn't work you may have to remake your character generally that fixes most of the stuck in abyss or ground issues.

Also never ever walk on the canterlot stairs they are pure evil.

Only for this weekend. After that, we can't see the game till either Beta or "full release".

Press Escape, then click Logout. Make sure you're not stuck in the chat window. If you are, just left click anywhere away from it.

try luna, but turn off the global chat and stay out of Twilight's place.  not-so-nice ponies are doing inappropriate things in there.  I already reported it to Nitrouspony, but I'm not sure which mods are online.  Nothing seems to have happend so far, at least.
