Anyhoof, I love lucid dreaming, I do it quite often actually, I've never really had to 'practice', it always came naturally. But if these training steps really work I think everypony should try, it's a very fun experience. 

Good God, how should I know that long time ago WAS some topic about that? I haven't seen it.

Anyway, it's my methods and I see that they're DIFFERENT than Lary's, so... Why do you suspect me of plagiarism?

Lary's method is less healthy alternative to WBTB (Wake Back to Bed - means you sleep for 6 hours, be awake 1 and then back sleep) + normal WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream). My method is mostly expanding our consciousness, some about controlling your dream and your own life.

And I am outraged that you think I have a time machine, checked that somepony that I even don't know posted something and I was like "WHOA, I MUST DO THE SAME COZ HES SOOOO COOL LOOL". I. Am. Not. Retarded.

The point is that I really hate when someone or something controls me. I want to live my life on my own rules. So I control myself, my mind, my dreams and my subconscious. You have no barriers in your life that you can't get through. Most people are just too lazy to believe in this.
