Minecraft Building thread [Contest]

This is for everypony who enjoys building all sorts of large objects
(Pixel art, Big structures, 3d pixel art, Cities, Redstone contraptions, etc.)

I just thought of the idea of making this thread while working on a build of my own

So, I have a server in which I do all my builds on. Its not public, but its not private either. So Pm if you want to join.

ANYWAY, feel free and show off builds you have accomplished, builds your working on, or idea's of builds. (I will also do builds and show them here)
(Also I can take builds you have done and showcase them on my server with full credit to the builder if you want)

CONTEST
I felt like adding a contest to test all of your skills at building.

The build is: An airship
It can be futuristic or it can be in a steampunk fashion.

Rules:
Please use more than one block
Please state if you want to take part in the contest so I can add you to the contestant list
And feel free to use any texture pack you want.

Dang, that must've taken a while. 
The only two things I can't do on Minecraft is.
1 Build massive structures without creative.
2 Build small towns.

Once the next update comes out, I'm gonna make a new world, in which I shall build a large town surrounded by a large castle wall. It'll have a fountain and street lights... it's just gonna be amazing.

I should fetch some screenshots from what I built fairly recently on one of my plots on a server. Pretty much, I have a house that I made sure wasn't too plain, it's not a big box, and its roof isn't just a triangle of stairs. I used stairs, bottom slabs, and top slabs, and since the house has two wings smaller than the main part, it's not just a big triangle shape. Also, it's not cobblestone with wooden plank roof. It's stone brick with brick roof. I have evolved. The floor in each room is wood along the edges and black wool as the rest. Yes, I took this idea from Duncan of the Yogscast. 'Tis how we learn, observing others.

Anywho, the left wing has a staircase leading underground where the floor is stone slabs, and I used nether fence for wall decorations. It has a room where the ceiling is glass to let sunlight in, bookshelves, and a couch embedded in a wall. And there's a tunnel that leads to a ladder into the first floor of... a small tower. My wizardy tower. Two floors with a smaller observatory on top that has a bridge leading to a tree loft set in two giant jungle trees I had to make with 4 saplings and bone meal each. There's an elevated bed surrounded by a curtain of vines in the loft.

Bleh, screenshots will speak better than describing it with mere words. I'll try to remember to get back to you with screenshots. Also, yes, it's in Creative.
