508 Unused? Couldn't log in? Max_connections?

I keep trying to log in using this forum account, but i keep getting "508 unused" as an error when i try to log in. I tried my Email and my Username along with the correct password.
It also tells me that it couldn't log in.
Also it comes up with this message saying something about "Max user connections" or something.

Is this trying to log into the actual game? Nothing comes up for me, it looks like I can't even press the log in button. Like, press, and nothing happens.

Currently there are tons of people trying to join and play the game.  Due to all these people on each of the servers, it causes an error that makes it so you can't login.  The only way to fix it is to keep trying to login to the server, and eventually you will get into the game.
