Original Characters / Physics Shift (updated) & SnapShot

So yea, updating my Physics profile to go on slightly more detail and make him less OP compared to my previous attempt at a OC page for him...... also giving SnapShot a full on back-story page as well.

Backstory: Physics is the older brother of the foals of Red Dawn and Scroll Scriptor. Physics was quick to catch up on his parents legacy of running the Arcane Incantum, the two parents magic shop. Physics himself was a diligent student in school, mostly focusing in sciences and magical classes, eager to please his parents, and brag over his bully of a sister, who took far less "logical" classes then the blue stallion. Due to the pressures set up by his parents, and his own paranoia about failure, Physics didn't have much of a social life, and despite all of his hard-work in many fields, he still couldn't get a cutie mark. Despite his efforts, he was merely good at all the subjects, not outstanding in any of them, a solid A- student in the classes he focused on.
In a very terribly misguided bid to get some field experience for a job early on in life, Physics decided one weekend to rush off to the Everfree Forest, nearly losing himself within a hour of his exploration. Moments before deciding to leave forest, ashamed that he could find nothing, and failed several personal goals he had set up to complete while in the forest (Categorizing magical plants, watch some non-dangerous animals, etc), Physics comes across this small crater in the ground, the ash painting 8 arrows around itself all pointing outward, one with a book in the center, one that nearly glew with magical power. Realizing this wasn't some common book, he grabs the book and rushes home, into the hooves of his parents, who ground him for scaring the daylights out of them.
Physics spent many hours studying the book, learning all it had to offer to him, and as it turns out, the book gave him just what he needed, unlocking the skills and secrets of the magical classes he was having trouble with, along with secrets on magics school didn't offer to the stallion. As it turns out, the symbol on the cover of the mystical book became Physics cutie mark. As he grew older, he continued to read the book, also taking more and more magical classes and potion making skills, until he became of age and inherited the shop/home of his parents, while they and SnapShot moved away to Canterlot.
Due to a lack of friends to keep him out of trouble, Physics had gotten into the wrong crowd, working as a fairly high-up criminal in life, making, delivering, and selling illegal scrolls and other magical items in secrecy. Though after settling down with a wife and finally having children, Physics had mostly stopped his criminal activities. Despite this Physics is still a rather cruel business pony, using the fact he runs the only magic shop in Ponyville to raise prices to more than their real worth, while still low enough that ponies wouldn't travel to Canterlot for their magical needs.
Magical proficiency: Mental magic, illusions, pyromancy.

Backstory: Born to the same parents as Physics, the second child of the family, SnapShot saw, just like she saw her wings, knew she would never take her brothers spot as the inheritor of the magic shop that served as her home, and her parents place of business, nor as her parents favored child, and center of attention in the family. So in a bid to curry favor to herself, SnapShot choose to be as different as Physics as possible. Were Physics worked in the classroom on his sciences and magicks, SnapShot took to the outdoors, going for a more physical education, before realizing it wasn't her true calling and took more artistic classes, more directly writing & journalism. where Physics was enclosed and prefered to keep to himself, SnapShot was outgoing and spent as much time with her friends as possible. The only thing that both ponies seemed to share in common other than genes were their great prides. SnapShot could brag about to the entire class for minutes at a time about how great she was, and Physics wrote essays to himself on how factually he was superior to all of his classmates. SnapShot had also taken to playing cruel pranks on her brother as a means of trying to knock him down a notch.
One of the things SnapShot will never give up hanging over her brother was the fact she had gotten her cutie mark earlier than him, having a specific talent that she excelled at, while at the same time Physics was still stuck being in the uncomfortable spot between a generalist and a specialized magic user. SnapShot had gotten her cutie mark while helping out her friends, spying overhead in the clouds on the local bullies taking pictures and writing down notes, before publishing a story exposing the bullies to the school and town for what they really where, giving SnapShot her camera cutie mark, giving her enough credit to make a career of herself as a photojournalist.
When Physics came of age to take over the shop, SnapShot, rather than live under the brother that she considered lesser, stayed with her parents as they moved to Canterlot, and when she came of age moved into a self-made home in the clouds over the fair capitol, and her location made her job far easier, as the political HQ of Equestria made it a great spawn point for the type of small-time corruption she could fight, and even for the type of scandals that she could use to blackmail those she need for an extra-sum of cash.
After her brother had introduced her to Flame, a pony that she had first seen at Physics wedding, she had decided to marry the stallion, moving in with him, and back to her home town of Ponyville.
Proficiency: Camera work, journalism, stealth
So yea, if you find any flaws I missed in this point em out and I'll work on fixing them.

Original Characters / New OC: Legion

Name: Legion
BackStory: A small time evil sorceress by the name of Night-Berry had kidnapped three ponies, one a Unicorn Stallion by the name of Magistrate a low leveled Canterlot noble, a pegasus guard who was escorting the noble by the name of Mad Blitz, and a Earth Pony mare flowerst by the name of Flora who just happened to be there at the time Berry had kidnapped the other two. Night-Berry had preformed several magical experiments on the three, at first fusing their minds into a single body, shifting the body every once in awhile for the joy of it, then moving the mind into a transforming suit of Armor Berry had crafted some time ago, the suit matches the mind who ever is in control in terms of physical attributes and talents, magic and flying skill included.
On a fateful night, Berry had accidentally left his hide-out unlocked at one point, giving the three ponies in a single armored body a chance to escape. Upon reaching area far away enough from Berrys' make-shift lab they had tested out their prediciment, and realized they could shift the dominant mind and controller of the body by doing a mental election, or by having strong enough emotions to over-power the other two minds, or sometimes seemingly at random. They had given themselves a collective name, Legion, because they felt it fit due to the current predicament.
Legion is now still constantly on the run from Night-Berry, who had started chasing after his escaped project.
Personalities
(Not going into detail since thinking of three distinct personalities at once is rather hard
)
Magistrate: A noble with a opinion to high of himself due to his royal uprising, no matter how minor it really is, he makes up for this by still being the smartest of the three minds.
Flora: kinda hearted who puts the well-being of every-pony before personal needs, fairly humble and lacking in most skills, making up for this with being the friendliest and most open of the three minds.
Mad Blitz: A head-strong self-confident pony who rushes head-first into problems, stubborn, he makes up for this by being devoted to what-ever cause he sets him mind too, and being the strongest of the three.
Description of how s/he looks: A suit of armor that shifts between being made for a unicorn, a earth-pony, and a pegasus depending on the dominant mind at the moment.

Changeling Uprising RP sign-up thread.
You, for whatever reason that crossed your little pony mind, decided to visit the friendly and nearby Changeling Hive known as "Hive Honeycomb". Hive Honeycomb, unlike most other monarchy ruled hives, has a democratic system, the drones set up this system after "Mad Queen Deborah" went on a one changeling mad charge at Canterlot, and got permanently sent to the moon for her trouble. The current President of the hive "Hiver", is having a great greeting party for everypony visiting, personally welcoming everypony to the hive for their visit.
But it seems that you came at the worst possible time, as the royalist revolution is starting, and they seek to place in a New Queen in power, but the only Queen the have in the entire hive, is but a hatchling named "Queen Empathy", this does not stop the royalists from serving her. After the revolution starts up, most of the town is taken in their first attack, taken by surprise, and you and all other ponies and Changeling citizens are trapped in the hive, the only exit path from the hive to the outside being heavily guarded. You must get out of the hive and help President Hiver get back control of the hive, before every Changeling is under the new foal Queens control, and the ponies are turned into Changeling chow.
So what say you? Will you take a trip to Hive Honeycomb?

Decided to post my OC, hopefully this doesn't end bad. 
Description
Name: Physics Shift
Race: Unicorn
Gender: Stallion
Age: 31
Cutie Mark: Ancient Magic symbol (It's actually the eye of Tzeentch from 40k, but it makes sense in context)
Coat: Blue
Mane & Tail: Light Blue
Eyes: Green
Size: Slightly above average.
Strength: Slightly below average.
Stamina: Low, can keep up running speed for maybe 30 seconds.
Magic Stamina: High, Can cast spells for 10 minutes before fatigue starts to effect Physics.
Intelligence: Smart, though slightly insane and arrogant, resulting in something obvious being ignored.
Personality: Arrogant, and somewhat of a loner, prefers to work alone, yet if working with others yields more benefits he is willing to spend time and work with other ponies. He also has a habit of thinking out loud occasionally, making it sound like he forgets things then remembers then instantly.
Spell List
1. Invisibility: Self explanatory. Lasts 1 minute 30 seconds, needs 2 minutes 30 seconds before needing to be recast on Physics shift.
2. Telepathy (subtle) Nicknamed: Thought Implant: Essentially subtle telepathy, with a range of 10 meters, can only target one pony.
3. Teleport: Range of 10 meters, must wait 5 seconds between casts, can also bring along 2 other ponies with Physics)
4. Telekinesis: Generic telekinesis, can lift up to 100 pounds, Max range of 20 meters, -5 meters every meter further then 20.
5. Fireball: A weird blue fireball, explodes in a 1 meter wide explosion, causing minor burns in anything caught in the blast radius, also cause a loud sound upon impact. Direction can be controlled for 20 meters then it keeps going in last direction it went until it hit's something, or after 50 meters it dispreces. Flames last for 10 seconds after blast, can be cast once every 5 seconds.
6. Scry: Get the info from 20 or less pages without actually reading it regardless of language, requires contact with the piece of literature. Gives Physics mild headache from knowledge overload.
7. Madness: Causes a individual within 30 meters of Physics shift to be knocked out for 2 minutes from mind overload of elderitch images, must wait 5 minutes before casting again.
8. Cleanse object: purifies objects of contamination or poison, small objects, smaller then a filly, are cleansed in a single minute, medium objects, filly-medium boulder, take roughly 20 minutes, large objects, medium boulder and up, take a hour or more to fully cleanse, mostly used for decontaminating rotten food, but can be used as a basic medical spell.
9. Flash: Horn glows, lighting the the area for 10 meters away from the Unicorn in each direction, can be focused into a beam that lights the area in a 20 meters line, 1 meter thick, lasts for 10 minutes before needing to be recasted.
10. Shade: Makes everything in a 2 meter radius from physics shift dark, can anything from a comfortable shade, to complete darkness, lasts 10 seconds, must wait 30 seconds before recast.
11. Reality Distort: Physics Shift starts glowing and slightly levitating off the floor, the area around him starts to look wrong, lights glow in places were their is no source, heat is felt despite their being a cold breeze in the air, loud noises are heard despite their being no movement to cause it. This is all a illusion. Every sentient being with a 10 meter radius is becomes frightened, any pony outside the AoE, even by a inch, is left unaffected by the spell. After casting the spell, Physics becomes physical fatigued, and a large toll is taken on his magic prowess, stopping him from taking any physically straning activity and casting magic for prolonged periods of time.
(11 seems like a reasonable number of spells, what with Twilight, the strongest Unicorn ever knowing 25 or more spells)
Bio: As a child Physics shift was a average colt. He went to the school in Ponyville, had slightly above average grades, slightly less then an average amount of friends, the only thing that stuck out about him was that he would explore the outskirts of the EverFree.
One time while looking for something to do within the EverFree he found a crater, within the crater was a cloaked pony. The ponies body had a single wound on it, a Manitcores tail mark by the look of it. The cloak had a symbol that looks like a cross between burning eye and crescent moon was somewhat easier to make out on the body, the the inside of the cloak held a bunch of mysterious looking objects, the one that stood out the most was a single thick black leather bound book with that weird marking on it.
Physics Shift tried reading the book, but looking at the words gave him a headache, so he tried his scry spell on the book. It worked...and his mind was instantly filled with insane gibberish, from the partsts he heard, his mind seemed more clear, and he could think better and faster, but it also made him somewhat insane, telling him that he was never at fault for anything, and only others were fallible, and how he should look into complicated things, rather then the "obvious" dumb things, along with these mind change, he learned new spells, dark some would say, but others would say useful. He collapsed right there. When Physics Shift came to, he was surrounded by Timber Wolves, each one looking hungry, he panicked and his mind sent out his fears and manifested then as false thoughts in the surrounding monsters minds, causing them to panic as well. Physics noticed the creatures panic, he grabbed the book and ran.
When he came back to Ponyville, he was greeted by worried parents, but after hugging their little Colt, they noticed that on his flank was a Cutie Mark! The same symbol as on the book, but little weird for a cutie mark. Physics grades in school leaped up higher then ever before, everything just being sort of clearer to him, yet one by one he slowly lost his friends, all in schemes that left them worse for wear and Physics without a scratch or blame on him, each time with Physics gaining something of value from the scheme, sometimes that used to belong to said friend. He grew up friendless and manipulative, never asking for what he wanted, rather tricking those around him into giving it to him.
Currently he lives in the same house that he lived as a little colt, after his parents moved away for business related reason, them needing more cash after hiring private magic tutors for Physics. He spends most of his time studying magic that's borderline illegal, sometimes not even borderline, sure he generally can't use most spell due to how complicated they are, but Physics tries anyway. His other favorite pass time is trying to read that book with the strange symbol, but it mostly talks about is Chaos and some thing called "The Warp", though it does give him some great tips on how to manipulate others and such. He is very protective of the book, even if he read most of it already. Physics also prefers if others don't go into his house, what with it being full to them brim with illegal spell scrolls, books about Discord and chaos, and it just being a general mess that he's embarrassed of. He sometimes comes out of his home, just to check around the area, see if theirs anything of interest near town, pay off some people to keep quite about his magic studies, research legal magic, and eat some food, as even with magic powers Physics was still mortal, and needed outside contact with the outside world least he starve to death in his house. His main source of income is selling said illegal spells to criminals and magic enthusiasts who don't know were to place boundaries.
So that's my OC, if anyone has any critiques about his looks, his back story, or if he's over powered or not, let me know.

4. Telekinesis: Generic telekinesis, can lift up to 100 pounds, Max range of 20 meters, -5 meters every meter further then 20.
5. Fireball: A weird blue fireball, explodes in a 1 meter wide explosion, causing minor burns in anything caught in the blast radius, also cause a loud sound upon impact. Direction can be controlled for 20 meters then it keeps going in last direction it went until it hit's something, or after 50 meters it dispreces. Flames last for 10 seconds after blast, can be cast once every 5 seconds.
6. Scry: Get the info from 20 or less pages without actually reading it regardless of language, requires contact with the piece of literature. Gives Physics mild headache from knowledge overload.
7. Madness: Causes a individual within 30 meters of Physics shift to be knocked out for 2 minutes from mind overload of elderitch images, must wait 5 minutes before casting again.
8. Cleanse object: purifies objects of contamination or poison, small objects, smaller then a filly, are cleansed in a single minute, medium objects, filly-medium boulder, take roughly 20 minutes, large objects, medium boulder and up, take a hour or more to fully cleanse, mostly used for decontaminating rotten food, but can be used as a basic medical spell.
9. Flash: Horn glows, lighting the the area for 10 meters away from the Unicorn in each direction, can be focused into a beam that lights the area in a 20 meters line, 1 meter thick, lasts for 10 minutes before needing to be recasted.
10. Shade: Makes everything in a 2 meter radius from physics shift dark, can anything from a comfortable shade, to complete darkness, lasts 10 seconds, must wait 30 seconds before recast.
11. Reality Distort: Physics Shift starts glowing and slightly levitating off the floor, the area around him starts to look wrong, lights glow in places were their is no source, heat is felt despite their being a cold breeze in the air, loud noises are heard despite their being no movement to cause it. This is all a illusion. Every sentient being with a 10 meter radius is becomes frightened, any pony outside the AoE, even by a inch, is left unaffected by the spell. After casting the spell, Physics becomes physical fatigued, and a large toll is taken on his magic prowess, stopping him from taking any physically straning activity and casting magic for prolonged periods of time.
(11 seems like a reasonable number of spells, what with Twilight, the strongest Unicorn ever knowing 25 or more spells)
Bio: As a child Physics shift was a average colt. He went to the school in Ponyville, had slightly above average grades, slightly less then an average amount of friends, the only thing that stuck out about him was that he would explore the outskirts of the EverFree.
One time while looking for something to do within the EverFree he found a crater, within the crater was a cloaked pony. The ponies body had a single wound on it, a Manitcores tail mark by the look of it. The cloak had a symbol that looks like a cross between burning eye and crescent moon was somewhat easier to make out on the body, the the inside of the cloak held a bunch of mysterious looking objects, the one that stood out the most was a single thick black leather bound book with that weird marking on it.
Physics Shift tried reading the book, but looking at the words gave him a headache, so he tried his scry spell on the book. It worked...and his mind was instantly filled with insane gibberish, from the partsts he heard, his mind seemed more clear, and he could think better and faster, but it also made him somewhat insane, telling him that he was never at fault for anything, and only others were fallible, and how he should look into complicated things, rather then the "obvious" dumb things, along with these mind change, he learned new spells, dark some would say, but others would say useful. He collapsed right there. When Physics Shift came to, he was surrounded by Timber Wolves, each one looking hungry, he panicked and his mind sent out his fears and manifested then as false thoughts in the surrounding monsters minds, causing them to panic as well. Physics noticed the creatures panic, he grabbed the book and ran.
When he came back to Ponyville, he was greeted by worried parents, but after hugging their little Colt, they noticed that on his flank was a Cutie Mark! The same symbol as on the book, but little weird for a cutie mark. Physics grades in school leaped up higher then ever before, everything just being sort of clearer to him, yet one by one he slowly lost his friends, all in schemes that left them worse for wear and Physics without a scratch or blame on him, each time with Physics gaining something of value from the scheme, sometimes that used to belong to said friend. He grew up friendless and manipulative, never asking for what he wanted, rather tricking those around him into giving it to him.
Currently he lives in the same house that he lived as a little colt, after his parents moved away for business related reason, them needing more cash after hiring private magic tutors for Physics. He spends most of his time studying magic that's borderline illegal, sometimes not even borderline, sure he generally can't use most spell due to how complicated they are, but Physics tries anyway. His other favorite pass time is trying to read that book with the strange symbol, but it mostly talks about is Chaos and some thing called "The Warp", though it does give him some great tips on how to manipulate others and such. He is very protective of the book, even if he read most of it already. Physics also prefers if others don't go into his house, what with it being full to them brim with illegal spell scrolls, books about Discord and chaos, and it just being a general mess that he's embarrassed of. He sometimes comes out of his home, just to check around the area, see if theirs anything of interest near town, pay off some people to keep quite about his magic studies, research legal magic, and eat some food, as even with magic powers Physics was still mortal, and needed outside contact with the outside world least he starve to death in his house. His main source of income is selling said illegal spells to criminals and magic enthusiasts who don't know were to place boundaries.
So that's my OC, if anyone has any critiques about his looks, his back story, or if he's over powered or not, let me know.
