Game Crashes when on loading screeen

Hi, i was trying to play LoE but but it wont let me due to the game crashing during the loading screen, i tried everything but it kept crashing

This is happening to me too. As soon as the servers started at 12:20 I was able to get on first try, and then when the servers were getting DDoS'd, I was able to join every time still, but now that they're fairly fixed, I can't get to the character select screen.

Seems to be a recurring problem for many users.
Hit F1 after the loading screen to load the interface, but I have no workaround for changing the view.
