I detest when the game blindsides you. Catching you unawares is one thing, but when you're watching all your corners like a hawk for then suddenly an unpredictable instant-kill hazard just comes and bushwhacks your face from an impossible angle! THAT is the most infuriating thing ever in videogames to me.

Poison/Wounds/Fire/ANYTHING that drains your health. It just makes you panic and even more likely to make a mistake and die. "cough"TF2"cough"

At least the Toxic guys of Blighttown never respawn after you slay them. They are still awful, though.

Now, the hazards of games like IWBTG... Those are the worst. But the game is designed to be like that, so I can't put the game at fault for being that bad, it actually deserves a commendation for its awfulness.

Well, Toxic is a status ailment in Dark Souls, too. Turns out it can be afflicted from people you don't see very well in an area badly lit in a zone with poor FPS optimization. At range!

And the other one... I am tempted to not answer that to spare the wave of anger, fury and frustration, but it's the duty of the elders to share wisdom with the younger generation! 9.0 with Kirby is actually easy. I just used stone a bunch. And my shadow clone always has a nice full charge hammer flip waiting for it for when it inevitably lands right in front of me.
Back on topic. Master Core. With Ganon. I'm so good with him. But his recovery makes it really hard to get back on stage!

6 annoying legendary pokemon encounter/ battler scenarios

1) You forget to save before the legendary battle.
2) You try to weaken it, one of 2 things happen: 1) critical hit, KO 2) that  "little"  extra damage defeats it
3) The pokemon either uses roar, teleport, or just flees
4) Your entire party faints
5) The pokemon uses struggle and faints from recoil damage.
6) (Probably the worst) Forgot to stock up on pokeballs

It could be worse. Pokemon sapphire first start of the game right after you receve your first pokemon and quest to the first town

First Wild encounter a shiny wurmple.

Can't catch it you don't get pokeballs at that stage of the game so I have to sit there and fight it. Its painful fighting your first offical shiny when you cant capture it

In all of my years playing Pokemon, I have never encountered a single Shiny.

My luck is absolutely rotten.
