LoE Download problems for Drive

An Alternate Way To Downlaod drive Items
If you are getting this error:

Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently.

Then do this
First, Login to your Google Drive Account (Create one if you don't have one)
Then click the link, in the top right there should be an Add To Drive button. (On the page with ALL of the builds)
Then It should change to open in Drive
Click it and you should see a drive page where you can check boxes next to the names, Check any two (One of them is your build)
Click the More drop down box and Download and then download again, It should zip the files together which you have to wait till it finishes.
Your file should download

but when i download it ( I don't have an account ) it said this : Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time.

Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator. and it's been over 30hrs and i still can't download it even when the weekend server is done! ( Missed it )
