Can't download the game!!! (Even if it's an open server weekend)

I've lost the last 2 open servers event and I finally have some free time to play LoE. The problem is I can't download the game even thought it's an open server event!!!  Any help???

the open servers isin't for about another month (August 14-16)
The download will probably be available shortly before the open server
for now it is a waiting game, any other questions let me know
