Avatar help

Hey, everypony! I've been trying to get an avatar, but I can't figure out how. Can somepony help me!

Is the problem that you don't know how to put it up? Or are you asking what it should be? As for the first one, you put it up by getting the URL for the picture you want, and put that in on the Forum Profile settings area. As for the second one, whatever you want! If you need any more help, let me know.

ok first put your mouse over "Profile" up near the top of the screen
next click "Forum Profile" there the first option should be "personalized picture" (click specify avatar by url)
in the box to the right of that put the direct image url
not the webpage the picture is on, not with image tags ([img])
basically if you paste the image url in your browser and the image should show up
after the url is entered make sure you hit "change profile" at the bottom

if the picture you want is on your computer upload to an image hosting site (imgur, photobucket, dA, etc....)
then after it is uploaded you should be able to get the link you want
