Quote from: Wild Strike on 2017 Oct 07, 13:31:23Is it normal, that you can walk up half the waterfall in the city where you spawn?
No.
Quote from: Wild Strike on 2017 Oct 07, 13:31:23Also i cant find the town hall, halp.
Which town? The only one I know of being called that is in Ponydale, and it's basically in the "far corner" of the map from the train station. Very tall, in the middle of a paved (i.e. gray) area surrounded by buildings.

Quick question, though: What time zone is EST? I need to use an online converter to figure out what time it would be for me. I just need to know what EST is, so I can convert the time ^^;
"EST" is the standard abbreviation for "Eastern Standard Time", which is five hours behind "Coordinated Universal Time". Although much of the Eastern time zone is actually now on Daylight Savings Time...

Quote from: McClaw on 2016 Jan 13, 09:04:10Watch for a Derpy-colored pegasus going by "Census Taker". I hope to get a lot of NPC information (and pics of some of the new constructions), but I'll always take time for a fellow herd-member or a pony in distress (but not dat dress, it's grody!). :P
Census Taker returns! He'll likely be joined by the unicorn Bug Hunter, who probably won't mind "dat dress" now that it's officially in the game.

Quote from: BlueNightfury on 2017 Sep 13, 22:55:12I don't know where the heartland exit in Cloudpolis is really.
Both of the portals in/out of Cloudopolis are up on the airship dock; the one to the Heartlands is the one with no docked ship.

The portal from the Heartlands to Cloudopolis is over by the massive white arch that looks like a couple of rearing ponies with wings and a horn.

Quote from: WZNGT on 2017 Sep 14, 08:14:55I wonder if those NPCs with 2D profile image when talk to them will show up again... such as Flan and the Pegasus-party-pony( can't remember the name, Bolahu or something close). Or they will just show up after I finish all the tutorial?
PS: Some more FiM style 2D profile images would looks the characters much better in my opinion.
The "NPCs with 2D profile image"s are part of the main story line quests in the game and will not only feature in those (as they're completed and added) but will also be found going about their business. (I'm not sure where they are between finishing the foal stage story and going to adult stage.)

And it's Hullabaloo.

The plain/solid socks and boots cover all four; the patterned socks are sold in front/back sets.

I suggest trying to get right next to / under the "!" and then jumping in place.

Some stray thoughts on how to make gryphon PCs different from pegasi PCs: Gryphons don't get talent marks (or bonuses from same). They have "natural" combat and flying talents.

Quote from: CloverMoonlight on 2017 Sep 10, 10:23:35I got into the game, but I'm unable to walk or anything but what the icons give me the chance to, like sit. I can't even work with the chat box in the office and same with anything else, I'm just stuck where we come out at in the start. I hit the buttons and such, this didn't happen on the beta, why now?
Are you aware of the WASD movement controls? (W for forward, S for backward, A for turn left, S for turn right) And look for a "teacher" pony somewhere in front of where your new pony spawns. Click on them to talk to them.

well 16 is a teen not a child and if we call them that then we call adults child because we all have parents and we're all their children. iam adult so who can i sue for breaking my child labor laws?

Most child labor laws use the age of majority (when someone is legally considered an adult) as the dividing line. It's not that minors (the legal term for those below their age of majority) aren't allowed to work, but there are typically a lot of conditions involved and records kept to avoid assumed abuses. There tend to be exceptions when parents or legal guardians are involved.

The big problem is that the laws vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and LoE is receiving international support. It's simply safer to set an age and say "nobody younger than this".

still you dont need to be 16 to play this game so why you must be 16 to apply?

Lets say youre very talented but youre 15. and before your 16th birthday you die in car accident. and artist lost cuz of stupid "must be 16 year old to apply" rules

I believe it's due to the various child labor laws. Even volunteer work is considered (uncompensated) labor.

Moxie, you make me wonder if you picked your forum name from the modern usage or where it came from (a carbonated beverage that's been made since 1876) or something else.

"Done" is a relative term for digital games. How many as complex as LoE have you seen that were offered as "done" didn't have additional content or features introduced later?

Chuck thanked Candy for the lollipop, but instead of tasting it he paused a moment to wrap it in a scrap of waxed paper and place it in his saddlebags. He then continued to what looked like a good campsite.

It was a clearing at the top of a slight rise, and a large tree that was a bit off-center would provide shade mid-day. The surrounding foliage began low, so anypony and anything approaching would have trouble sneaking up. Trees farther back would keep stray winds from disturbing them.

"Unless one of you has a better idea, this looks like a place we can rest while we explore," said Chuck.
38
"Follow me", said Chuck Wagon as he put away the flour. He then tried to lead the wolf to the other ponies, all of whom were on safe ground.
39
Seeing the struggling (and non-hostile) wolf, Chuck Wagon pulled a package from his saddlebags and sprinkled a white powder out of it onto where the wolf would step. The powder clung to the wolf's fur and paws, but not to the candy-like ground.

Sprinkling a little more of the powder on the wolf's still sticky fur, the stallion said, "A little flower can help with something sticky. Let's get you to solid ground, fella."

Simply say the Minecraft mods that you can't easily kill.

I believe you mean "mob", not "mod".

I've come up with approaches for most of them, but haven't played to encounter some of them.
Spoiler: Skeleton • show
Mostly they're a matter of minimizing their ability to attack you by dodging or using cover until you can snipe them back or rush with a weapon. Having a shield helps with the latter.

Spoiler: Zombie • show
I like to use fences and lights to create "pastures" where mobs can't spawn. Zombies will collect outside that, but I can stand off and slash them from the other side of the fence.

Spoiler: Spider • show
These can cross my fences, but if I have at least 16 blocks of lit space around me they won't rush me as hostile and I can control the encounter.

Spoiler: Creeper • show
I don't like them, but with terrain (fences) and a good bow they're usually easy to pick off.

Spoiler: Slime • show
Annoying, but not too dangerous if you fight them in safe terrain.

Spoiler: Enderman • show
The "pumpkin helmet" helps, but I usually arrange a two block high alcove to fight from and attack their legs to keep them from teleporting away.

Spoiler: Zombie Pigmen • show
I usually encounter them only when I build a gold generator, so they're contained in a mob grinder.

Spoiler: others • show
I rarely encounter other hostile mobs. The zombie trap horse is just a gang of skeletons, really.
