Resolved Issues / Adding a custom Cutie Mark PNG Inport button for the game and the Pony Creator

This means that if you want to put your own Cutie mark on your pony you can. I know that I will want to do that. it sucks having the same Cutie mark as your neighbor or worse your friend. if this has already been put in the game, then I didn't know because of the lack of ever playing this game. but with that said the Pony Creator does not have this option in it. so it would be nice to have it on that.
