Good Evening Everypony!

Storm Quill here with an update on the upcoming Open Server Weekend hosted by the lovely developers and admins of Legends of Equestria. As most of you all know I have been out of the past 3 or 4 Open Server Weekends due to how busy I have been with life and whatnot. That time I spent away from the game wasn't spent in vain but in the process of becoming a United States Marine. I am currently at my MOS School having Passed Recruit Training and Marine Combat Training. Anyways onto what I really wanted to talk about.

There have been a lot of new members that have joined the herd over these past few open server weekends so I will not hesitate to say, welcome to the herd to each and every one of you. Just as those in the military are my brothers and sisters, you all are an extension to that brother and sisterhood. Our herd is a tight knit family who of course will face complications from time to time but in the end we come out stronger than before. I will be actively participating in this OSW and getting back into the swing of things but I do ask that if I start saying anything that bothers you that you immediately tell me or another leader in the herd so they can ask me to stop or you ask me to stop. Hope to see and play with each and everyone of you over this OSW and I will see you, in game!

As of today, April 19th, 2015, Arcania Wonder the former Element of Trust has resigned and has quit the Evershade Crusaders. It is sad to see him go but we will move on, as to who the successor will be is of yet to be decided.
All of the problems have been resolved and Arcania Wonder has been re-instated as the element of Trust

Oh, you have to be thirteen to sign up now? Was that rule there before? (It won't affect me, I'm just curious)

It's actually a rule set by the game devs. Players must be 13 and older to even play LoE so we will reinforce it in our herd as well.

I also want to add on the meeting locations. Where should we meet, and how long should we wait there? I have a feeling some were waiting on the location, and we weren't there. So I'd say give about half an hour or full hour so we can take call, and anyone else jumping in late we notify on our location.

Now, for the biggest concern is back-up plans on which servers to go. Levade is our primary server, but from last OSW, it was tripping out, so we went to another server until either that trips out as well, or Levade functions again. So... we should plan on how we can communicate when we switch servers when Levade trips out, and when the server is up again.

Well... that's it from me. Hope to meet y'all soon.

We will meet at our usual location at the entrance to the Evershade Forest as to what time that is up in the air right now. I'm hoping to be on first thing tonight when the servers go up at 12:01 but I don't know about any of the other crusaders. Levade will be our main server as always, as for a backup server we will have to wait and see what servers are online tomorrow before making a backup one.

I hope I'll have some decent internet by then. I want to be able to at least stay connected and not have too much lag. That could really mess up recordings.

I hope you do as well Chack Just as long as Levade or our backup server doesn't constantly go up and come down we should be good. I hope to see you there as well Chack and I'm glad to have you along with us again

The next Open Server Weekend has been announced for January 24th to January 26th so be sure to stock up on rations and send out notices to all of our herdmates if you can!

Hello everybody!

This Friday, September 19th, I shall be livestreaming! What you may ask? Well it will be a few activities but the main festivity will be gaming. Come join my friends and I, as well as a bunch of other people, in the stream If you would like to be a part of the Skype call when the stream goes live, meaning you are helping with commentary , be sure to send me a private message with Skype details and I shall send you a contact request What you do with it is your own business.

Please be sure to note that we will most likely be starting out with Garry's Mod and moving on from there. Depending on how well it goes, I may decide to make it a weekly/bi-weekly/tri-weekly event that will change according to the mood I'm in that day. I will be sure to let you know when the next livestream comes up and will hope to see each and every one of y'all there

I will be talking to you all in the chat of Twitch and answering any and all questions, that don't go too far, that are given to me. So think of it as an Ask Me Anything as well Have a great day/week everybody!

So far the servers are becoming more stable. In fact, more stable than last OSW. However, it is good to have a backup plan in case.
Let's just hope that we don't get separated. So first is Levade. If that server somehow shuts down, then it's Pelade. If that goes down, return to Levade to see if that returned to normal.
If we feel that maybe someone got separated, we should check and call them out to the other server. Friday was very dynamic, and I hope it doesn't happen again. I was getting worried of separation.

I will be making a skype group for us all, currently firestar and heavenly tones are in it as well as rainy. If you have a skype just send me a personal message with your contact info and I'll send you out a request.

From what I remember last server weekend, you invite friends into a guild chat and when they join.. the guild is formed? I am not quite sure sorry. 

Actually that was just to a party, not to a herd.

Currently you are unable to create a herd as they have not been implemented yet. They will be implemented during a later version of the game.

Hello -ReiMar-,

        Our herd's existence was made based on the principal of community. We want to help anypony and everypony within our herd and out of our herd alike. No one should every be alone and should always have somepony to be friends with. If you are a team player and like seeing others smile and defending others, you can be sure the Evershade Crusaders will stand by you. There are a great many herds other than ours that may or may not promote the same ideals as we do but having a wide range of herds is what makes LOE and any other adventure rpg game so good. Hope this helped mate!
