Signature Retrictions

Besides the images, users should not be able to put youtube videos on their sig, it takes up a lot of space. If not then it needs to be embedded to a small sized window

I second this, users are starting to abuse the sig rules by swamping their signatures with multiple pictures which can be huge

and yeah, resizing the youtube videos the same way you resize normal images should work.
