I never read that fan fic because I'm not a fan of Fallout.

Fallout Equestria is less about Fallout and more about Equestria   and less about either and more about the story that Lilpip goes through.

mary sue angsty OP alicorn OC turns lots of ponies off.  I didn't mind, myself, but "serious" fanfic readers dislike it.

meh, gets a bit angsty during the whole "deary me i am a bad pony and abandoned my friends and did all these terrible things" part.  Got ME emotional, probably annoyed ponies like Lary.
