Always crashes

I can't even start the game it always crash at loading  is there a way to fix it?

If not well then i guess i'll skip today open server

My system is window 7 32bit with a gtx 460 graphics card.

Tried to instantiate PlayerBase with id 74, but it already exists as 74 with resources PlayerBase
Tried to instantiate PlayerBase with id 77, but it already exists as 77 with resources PlayerBase
Tried to instantiate PlayerBase with id 78, but it already exists as 78 with resources PlayerBase
