Introductions Archive / Hello I'm new here

Hello everyone. Finally here. I'd like some help and advice for playing the game. I know the controls... but now I want to know some more things. Do you just go to ponies for quests randomly? What about buying things, where do I buy stuff. And how do I go to other areas, I am aware Earth-ponies are in Ponyville, Unicorns in Canterlot, Pegasi in Cloudsdale... but how do you go somewhere else?
