Title: Weird error/glitch when trying to connect???
Post by: lili12345 on 2016 Jan 16, 15:22:53
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9CAnSNKk2sVbkh1VG81TG9JcTA/view?usp=sharing I keep getting this when trying to connect to the servers, I waited and tried multiple times but it just stays like that? What do I do? Should I just keep trying to login? Or is it just because the servers are crowded???

It said this to me too, but it got fixed when I launched the downloaded launcher. It ran for a while, and now it says "error" instead of "downloading".

Huh, that is what happened to me but the other way around. It said "error", but when I deleted the launcher and downloaded the game directly it said "downloading"...

That's an easy fix. What I do in this situation is go to my appdata, and then into my locallow folder, and delete everything there.

C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\LoE
That's the directory. Delete everything inside and you should be good

Awesome! Since this issue got resolved, I'll go ahead and lock things up and move the thread to the "resolved issues" section :)
